I live in New Hampshire and drove all the way to go to Logans furniture based on the quality and service! My second purchase from Logans furniture in the last 24 months arrived sooner than I imagined. Just like my last set of furniture, the process was simple from start to finish. The member in the Dorchester store waited on me for this Dinning set. He was happy to measure the table when I called a day after placing the order because I questioned a measurement. All delivered and all good.

Wish I could give a zero. Not only did they deliver damaged and missing handles furniture after more than month of waiting for delivery they gave me by far the worst customer service ever! They offered me a 50$ refund for the damages which I NEVER got! Then after calling every week asking when my missing handles were going to be delivered and receiving lies after lies such as "it's been ordered" or someone will bring it tomorrow which never happened!

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card. Then finally they reached out once I did that stating that they will order the new handles even though for a month straight they had kept saying they ordered it. WHEN CLEARLY THEY NEVER DID. They asked me to drop the claim with my credit card as they will order me a dResser or new handles. WHICH THEY ALSO NEVER DID.

And guess what it's been months and no answer from hem. I'm glad I reported it to my credit card company I got my money but I had to come out of pocket to buy the missing handles on my own. RUN AND NEVER AGAIN

Do not shop for furniture here! I spend almost 8k on a bedroom set AND dining room set here. Delivery for my COMPLETE furniture took over 2 months. Their lack of communication is NOT great. I had to call numerous times too see when I will be getting my stuff cause if not they won't call you! The manager there promised to call me to see if he can refund me AT LEAST the delivery fee since I had to drive from Rhode Island to Dorchester to pick up my chairs. They are full of it. My family as always bought from them and NEVER again will we step foot in there again.

BUYER BEWARE! If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would have chosen that. I bought a reclining sofa and loveseat and a futon and a kitchen table from them. We spent a ton of money on this furniture and we have had it LESS THAN A MONTH and it's ripped in every cushion on both the reclining sofa and loveseat to the point the cushions are coming out.

The stitching is terrible and the overall quality of all the furniture is awful and uncomfortable. I emailed them to complain but never received an acknowledgement from them. I am completely disappointed and if I could return the furniture I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I only give them a 1 star because 0 is not available. I went in and chose a set of stools from their small selection and told the sales person Martha that I may cancel because need a swivel kind and she said I have a week to cancel. I paid in full and called them literally 3 hours later and requested to cancel my order Please that I paid with my Amex thanks God and she said it would take 15 days.

I called Amex and the canceled it and I let them know they insisted that I drive all the way back with my card I order to cancel very poor service what are we in a 3rd world country I said. Please beware if you are going to do business there.

Very unprofessional never a manager in the store to answer any questions can't contact the owner had my furniture delivered in April needed a replacement and I'm still waiting six months later and still can't contact anyone who can help Sent the email to corporate still haven't received an answer I highly would not recommend this place to buy furniture here The service sucks they have people working there that can't even look up your delivery dates when you're expected delivery is going to come in the employees don't have access to that information so until a manager comes in you have to wait and it could be months

Walked in ready to purchase a bedroom set. No one greeted me upon entrance and after walking around the whole store I left. No one said hello we will be with you after theses customers. You need better customer service protocols!

This is the worst place to do business. DO NOT waste your valuable time or money here. Customer Service is horrible when they do answer the phone. The workers lie saying the Manger is not their and the Manger lies saying he is not the Manger. It's the Worst experience I have had in 20years living in the united states This has topped my worst experience ever. Had to call the cops and almost TV 7 to get justice. Do not spend your money here. They deserves no stars. but has to click one star.to post. that star is the post review.

Beware that you will not be getting your furniture ON TIME! Every time you called to ask about the issue, you will be met with just a rude receptionist saying "leave your name and number and the manager will call you back" Every time you called in, that will be the answer to your problem. They take your money really fast but not deliver. Had to wait close to 2 months for just a furniture. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Logans Furniture on Freeport is a complete waste of time & energy. I was told 2 week delivery! I had to literally do their job by calling constantly, being hung up on constantly, placed on hold constantly, no return calls constantly, and giving no solid information constantly. I tried my best to keep my money within my communties. They are nice but they don't know how to properly communicate to their customers regarding business.

You can't seal a deal and expect me to wait with no updates on anything. They love saying, Sorry but won't change their poor business practices. It has almost been a 3 month waste of time. This is GROSS business. Never AGAIN! Canceled my account today! They do not deserve any stars at this point!

Terrible Customer Service! I ordered a simple 5 piece dining set in September. It is now December and I've called several times and each time I'm told the same thing: "the manager has order information and he's not available right now, I'll take down your number and he'll call you back" they've take my number to call back every time, but I have yet to receive a call from them about any information.

Terrible customer service. We decided to buy our living room furniture from the store in Dorchester. After selecting the furniture, the cashier told us the total price including the taxes (it was tax free weekend).We purchase the furniture and happily came home to finalize more updates for the living room. We immediately realized that we needed the ottoman that match the furniture and went online to purchase.

After browsing the website, we discover that the furniture was $300 less from what we paid in the store. I contact the manager and explain the situation since the transaction was done few hours ago. He denied that the price was the one we paid and he refused to cancel the order. Went back to the store with the receipt and demanded my money back. Despite the fact that the policy stated that all return must be within 7 days after the purchase, he was arguing with me till I mentioned that I will call the police if I don't get my refund back.30 min later I was able to get my refund and went home.

One day later we decided to buy the set including the ottoman. Purchase was made on Aug 29, the furniture did not arrived till late September. We made several calls for the other missing order but every time we asked when the order will come, they keep telling us there was a problem with the delivery, the product is not in the store.bla bla bla. After nearly 1 month, we had enough and decided to end this problem.

We spoke with the manager "Sam" who real name is Mohammad and finally got the order after getting BBB involved. Please be mindful when deciding to purchase furniture from this company. They will find a way to scam you easily and with a smile on their face pretending they are here to help you. This is my final transaction with this company and I like to bring this issue to the public to avoid future unhappy customers. Thank you for reading my comment.

Update - so after calling a few times and getting no answer or being told that the 'manager' wasn't there and to call back the following day, I finally complain saying it's been months and I still hav half a sectional. The guy apologizes and says it will be delivered this past Saturday which is Labor Day weekend. Like I'm supposed to put off my weekend plans to wait around for this delivery.

Well he assures me he will call me to schedule the delivery and I don't hear anything for two days. Saturday rolls around and still nothing. I figure he was just blowing smoke since it was a long weekend then at 5:30 he calls to tell me that the truck just left. I told him I wasn't home but would be in a half hour and he says he's going to call his driver and call me back.

No call back, I wait for two hours and at 7:30 his driver calls to say he's there. I go down and see that he only has the ottoman base and not the cushion for the chaise. So now I have a ottoman and no cushion and he tells me he will have it delivered to me on Tuesday. Still nothing and it's now Thursday. I probably could have built my own sectional in the time it's taken.

This was the easiest couch buying experience I've ever had. Hopefully the delivery is just as smooth. I was in and out in 2 Minutes with a beautiful couch and a great deal.

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service! I bought a couch 2.5 YEARS AGO, the pull cord on the recliner snapped. I contacted the manufacturer and got repclament parts. I tried replacing myself, but wasn't able to (even after taking the entire coin apart). I contacted Logan (since I bought it from them) and they said they could have a tech come out for $30, and that they would be in touch.

A week passes and i hear nothing from them, so I give them a call and they said that I need to come in to the building to pay $65 for the tech. Um what? 7 days earlier it was $30. i said i wasn't driving over an hour one way to give them money and questioned why the price DOUBLED. They said it was the technician companies prices that went up, and they have no control over it. Ok, whatever.

After much back and forth, they agree I can just pay the technician when they come instead of driving in. They said they would call in 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. They don't call. I call back, and they say they're busy and they can get someone out in 3 weeks, I'm annoyed but I say ok. Today is the scheduled appointment day, and after sitting around waiting for them all day I decide to call.

Surprisingly they are not coming today and didn't even bother letting me know! They are now sending me a video so I can do it myself! How is this real life? I've tried to get other companies out here, but they won't because I bought it from Logan's. I am absolutely disgusted with their customer service. It's obviously clear that once they get their money, they don't care at all. And how is my very expensive couch already broken anyway? TRASH COMPANY! Never again! Fix my couch!

My experience with this company was great in the store but there was a lack of communication and customer support when it came to delivery. I purchased a full bedroom set on August 13th, 2018 and was told I would receive a call in two weeks regarding delivery. In the store they emphasized that delivery could not be made until the items were paid in full which was done in the store on 8/13/2018.

After three weeks I did not have my furniture or received any call from the store. I contacted the store and was made aware someone would call this week regarding delivery (there week of 09/3/2018). Immediately I received a call back stating there was a mistake and my deliver call will be made the week of 09/10/2018 at this time I reiterated I was promised my furniture two weeks after purchase.

On 09/10/18 I receive a call stating my items will be delivered on 09/11/18 12pm-3pm and if I need to reschedule it will have to pay for delivery again. I explained that no one has contacted me to check my availability or work hours, again I was told I would have to pay if I made any changes. At this time I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he stepped out and I could call back in 1 hours. I asked if a message could be left for him to call me when he returns to the store.

I'm at logan furniture and what a especial treatment from the assistance manager and the staff for being so helpful, kind and understandable, the A. Manager ahmad took his time and walk us through with details on pricing, durability of the furniture and the financial offer that his store has we ended up buying the living room set, dinning room set kids bedroom set.

The whole experience was amazing. That's a wow above and beyond of our expectations. Thank you Ahmad and his staff. I'll definitely recommend the Dorchester logan furniture to my friend and families.

BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! I purchased a dinette set from this store and the chairs were damage. It's been HELL trying to get the manager Kaleigh to replace the chairs. I spent my hard earn dollars at this store to support buying goods in the community only to find out that this store is a SCAM! BEWARE! They SELL DAMAGE GOODS AND THEN DO NOT WANT TO TAKE IT BACK OR REPLACE.

I should of knew when I did not see any cars in the parking lot or people in the store. That was a sure sign of BEWARE! The manager is so unprofessional and a con artist. BEWARE of who you do business with in the community because people like Kaleigh prey on communities like Dorchester. If you have been prey upon by this merchant please contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office at 617-635-3834 and let them know. Do not let this merchant get away with scamming the people in the community. This is disrespectful and downright dishonest!

Honestly this store doesn't deserve one star! Buyer beware! Do not waste your time or money ordering anything "special order" from this store you will wait an eternity to receive it! I recently purchased a king size mattress set from the Dorchester location on 3/19 and the fat smelly breath manager in the store told me that my order will be ready for delivery in two weeks.ok fine.however when I come to the store to pay off the balance of the order ( FYI: they don't take online payments) they tell me oh delivery to my home will be an additional week from delivery to the warehouse! WTF!

If I had known this ahead of time that it will take almost a month to get my mattress set, I would've order my set from elsewhere.therefore they would have never gotten my business or my money. After finding this out of course I told them to give me back my money and to cancel the whole order. the pieces of garbage told me " your 7 day timeframe to cancel the order has passed, therefore you cannot receive a refund." Lesson learned, I will never order from one of these lame in the hood discount stores again in my life! A complete waste of time! And I do plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau for not disclosing information about delivery to their customers ahead of time!
