Went in to buy an office chair for home and I needed something I could sit in for a long time. I was tired of going through all the cheap ikea and office max chairs and found this place. I went in knowing a few models I think I'd like and they actually had them gently used in stock. I might be getting her name wrong but I think it was Liv was very helpful and knowledgeable about chairs and helped me find what I needed. I went home with a Steelcase Amia for a fraction of the MSRP.

Whenever we need office furniture, this is my first and only stop. 5 stars from the moment I walk into the store to receiving a delivery. Simply the best!

Excellent service. They even offer free coffee! I bought 1 desk, and was surprised to find the *perfect* couch and chairs. Exactly what I have always wanted! Good prices, great service provided by Liz. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend this spot for their great selection, expertise in products and fantastic communication and delivery. When we could not get a piece necessary for an opening the team was able to fabricate it to the specs that were on back order. Definitely worth checking out for all of your office needs!

I have been looking for an office chair for over two months, with no luck finding the one I want. I was inside and 15 minutes later they helped me find the chair I needed. Staff was wonderful, prices were extremely fair, and they even offered to build it for free. I can't recommend this place enough.

We recently purchased new desks for our office from Office Furniture Outlet. With each delivery, the material was exactly what we ordered, the staff was amazing, professional and easy to work with. The delivered and set up in each room, even with some last minute adjustments on our side, they didn't mind and were so accommodating! Sara was a pleasure to work with as I selected office furniture to suit our needs. She was patient and consultative throughout the process. I didn't expect to receive the order until mid July, but a call from Sam the day after purchase reaffirmed why I selected OFO. Not only did the furniture arrive the next day, but the service delivery was awesome. Mario and Carlos were beyond outstanding in their service and assistance. I can tell you that my expectations were truly exceeded- much appreciated!

Went to get new office chairs. They had chairs already out for us to choose from within the budget. It was a typical warehouse just with office furniture. Our saleswoman was very helpful and seemed like she knew her products well. She did have us going all over the place to see other chairs that were not on display for us. Otherwise it was a decent experience. Some things seem a bit over priced.

This is the place to go. I was needing file cabinets. Real sturdy ones. Ones that will take the wear and tear of lots of use every single day. They had them. What is more, they had three lateral cabinets that matched. I was (and still am) thrilled. No one would ever know that they are used. So for the price of one brand new three drawer lateral cabinet I got THREE two drawer lateral cabinets. Now what was a row of boxes has turned into very useful space (and actually a pretty area now).

I am very impressed on how my office furniture turned out and the customer service from them were outstanding. Betsey worked with me in finding what I wanted and kept in constant communication over the status and progress of my furniture. Greg Liggan from The Desk Doctor matched the stain perfectly with the furniture I already had. The delivery men were phenomenal! They were on time, courteous, and set up the furniture to my liking! Office Furniture Outlet not only had an amazing selection and product quality, but they had an outstanding team! Each employee I worked with was very flexible as our business needs fluctuated (which happened more than once). I just bought an excellent office chair yesterday for a great price, and was treated extremely well by the staff -- especially by Liz -- who even took a good 15 minutes to show me online some great places to visit in Hampton Roads (we're new to the area). If you need any office furniture, this is the place. they have a massive supply to choose from!

I got an amazing deal from an absolutely amazing person Betsey spent a considerable amount of time showing me around the expansive warehouse and even though I had a very restrictive budget. She treated me as if I was the only and most important customer that she had. Once I found a particular style and size of desk she said that she was going to go away so that I didn't feel like she was hovering for me to make a decision I sat back and reflected on how this would feel in my new home. Having those few extra minutes alone gave me a chance to process some important questions that I may have rushed to judgment and would probably not be as happy as I was once I did find the absolutely perfect desk and credenza set I will probably ever own in my life. Quite frankly I shouldn't have to own any others because of the quality of construction and the name of the manufacture. This will be my forever desk!

Liz, the OFO staff and delivery guys were helpful in ensuring that my home office was a dream come true. I walked in not knowing exactly which style or colors I wanted. Liz showed us several desks and I decided on a honey-colored desk with black triangular knobs. I also chose a matching tall book case and file cabinet with shelves. The desktop was to be refinished.

To add to the collection, I went with a modern, smooth leather chair (with lumbar support and armless) in gray. Liz demonstrated that the chair's casters (wheels) could easily be replaced with ones that wouldn't scratch a wooden floor. The delivery date was postponed because only black leather chairs were available. I was glad to switch to a black leather chair and pleased that it matched perfectly.

The delivery guys ensured that the furniture were placed in the correct spots of my office. My office furniture pieces were gorgeous! No one could tell that they were refinished or used. The care instructions stated that one should avoid placing plastic objects on the refinished surfaces for prolonged periods to prevent discoloring. Well, I had to upgrade my office accessories as well. And drink coasters are a must! Thanks so much, OFO! :)
