Telling black people that walk in to your store that the clearance section is in the back is a micro aggression and not appreciated. And if you don't mean it that way you should say something different you don't know what they asked for and if they wanted to know where the clearance section is they can ask you.

My experience was extremely positive. I worked mostly with Andrew and he took lots of time to answer all of my questions. I learned a lot about wood choices and he helped me visualize what the finished project would look like. The only reason it's not 5 star is because the length of time to complete my furniture. It will be a while until I have my new beautiful office.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. Andrew and Marilyn have been incredible to work with and I simply can't say enough good things about the amazing customer service. We have ordered all of our living, dining, master bedroom, furniture along with occasional pieces and bar stools. The quality is amazing and these pieces will last a lifetime. We highly recommend this store.

Marilyn was such a great help in finding the right colors to match the bedroom furniture that I already have. She took great care in explaining all the details up to and including the billing and delivery of the furniture to staying a little late to help us with or purchase. Amish furniture is the best by far and eventually the whole house will be furnished with it. The furniture will last through many generations in or family. Thank you very much, Deb T

Ordered a dining room set in early February; staff was very helpful with the process. They told us upfront that it would take 12-16 weeks to get our order. We were fine with that. They did deliver a sofa in early May(one that was in stock). Told us our order was coming along fine and they anticipated an early to mid-June delivery. July 1st came and we started calling and emailing--they didn't return either. Was able to finally get them on the phone and asked for an update.
They stated the furniture would be ready for staining in late August with a tentative delivery in September--double the time we were originally told. Reason was because of material shortages. Not sure we'd have ordered if we knew we'd have a 7 month wait. My biggest complaint is their not returning phone calls or emails. Of course, if I had to tell someone that the furniture that they've paid thousands of dollars for is still months away from delivery, I would be embarrassed to have to respond.

We recently bought a dining room table set here and had a great experience. Staff left us alone to shop around without pressure but was also available to answer our questions. The sale price we received was great, and the delivery was seamless. The delivery drivers were efficient and took care to make sure everything was set up with felt pads to avoid scratching our floors. The furniture itself is great quality and should last for years to come. Lastly, we received a thank you card in the mail which I thought was a very nice touch.

I cannot say enough good things about Amish Furniture Gallery. When most stores say on the phone, "Well, I can't quote you a price over the phone, you really need to come in, " they are just trying to lure you in. But with Amish Furniture Gallery, you really MUST go in person. Morgan was phenomenal. She helped us design our dream china cabinet and corner hutch for our new home.
The pieces are beautiful, incredibly well constructed, and we love them. The delivery crew was also great. They were punctual. They knew exactly what they were doing and were respectful of our home. Highly Recommend!

Terrible customer service and once delivered, my bed was built and made backwards! And to top it off the salesperson said that this mistake was my fault! When you buy over $5,000 of furniture you expect it to be in pristine condition and the costumer service to be polite! First of all I was promised my furniture no more than 12 weeks later, which would have been by Thanksgiving.
My furniture just arrived this week-a week before Christmas! When I would call to check on the status of my furniture they acted as if I was putting them out by calling! Second, I had put aside my morning for the delivery, and when the truck came it didn't have the proper registration tags on it so they were not allowed access onto base (we are a military family and live on a military base).
They delivery guys were super nice! They had great attitudes and were very apologetic. They were able to go get the new tags and come back. However this took about 3 more hours. Once I finally received my furniture and it was set up, I noticed that the "pretty beveled" side of the headboard was facing the wall. And as you lay in the bed the pretty part was facing me on the footboard.
So basically the headboard and footboard are backwards! The delivery men completely saw this as well and said it would get taken care of. I finally received a call today, 6 days later, from our salesperson, Willy Weitzel, who claimed that I ordered it like that! I was polite but upset. Said I was upset. And the worst part is that he became rude to me, insisting that I wanted it ordered as a flat panel!
I tried explaining how and why would someone ever order like that?! My salesman said they would have to order me a new bed which would take another 12 weeks (as expected) however his attitude was very rude and he never admitted to the mistake. I feel like they should be doing something extra for us, as most companies would, for the delays and mistakes.
