We just received our sneeze guard for our office. Very good quality, easy to assemble, and we are pleased to have the extra protection!

Very shallow business. Takes a full week to get a shipping quote. Sales only reach out when there is a potential large order. 2-3 orders didn't ship out nearly a month later; we were promised it would ship out at around 10 business days. Do not make promises if you can't keep it. As a first time customer, they left the worst impression. To anyone reading, plz find a better manufacturer.

Quick turnaround on order and looks nice. Though I have made two orders where both came with incorrect hardware, the team were very quick to resolve the issue at no cost. Once the hardware issues were addressed, the sneeze guards we purchased were exactly what we needed.

I don't know where to begin to describe how bad their customer service is I'm not even angry Its more like I'm fascinated they stay in business. They could make some side money teaching seminars on ignoring customers. Ordered desk May 7 They sent confirmation request May 11, I replied then, nothing. Eddie called me May 15 at 5:20 Part of their do not disturb strategy is call me after business hours on a Friday so I won't bother them with a return call, clever. Called Eddie Monday May 18 He takes my order again I add a keyboard tray and monitor mount.

He says credit card number was wrong You'd think they'd of realized that before but no, so card number corrected. Another random person calls me the afternoon of the 18th to ask exact same questions as Eddie. Assures me desk is coming. Desk doesn't come but emails start coming asking how much I like the desk I haven't received.

No one returns calls, so I go to online chat. The bot seemed nice. I decide to drive down May 29. I interrupt 5 or so people hanging out in Lobby I'm sure they were discussing something important not goofing off, looks can be deceiving. I did notice an Audi R8, a Range Rover and few BMW's in parking lot so my money is being well spent. They assure me desk will be sent Monday as its in stock. It's sent, It arrives Tuesday on a wooden pallet because I can easily dispose of that right?

Now I assemble desk Pre drilled holes aren't. The keyboard tray doesn't fit. It's too long to work with 30" wide desk. The slide is 15" long and if you subtract the 5-6" width of the mechanism in center of desk no way a 15" track will fit. I call customer service and describe the problem. He agrees I see exactly what I'm looking at, glad he cleared that up.

I ask why they would sell it with desk if they know it doesn't fit. I got the auditory equivalent of a blank stare. Drove back to return the keyboard tray and the monitor mount. I was afraid to even unbox that. I would have brought back pallet but I don't have a pickup truck. They assure me my money for these items will be refunded. Funny, the emails asking how I like my product seem to have stopped coming. If you need apologies and excuse more than a desk I'd give these guys a call. I will say the desk does work.so far

I bought a 3x4' anti-fatigue floor mat from VersaTables through their website, listed for $47: https://www.versatables.com/anti-fatigue-mat-acc-fatm-series They apparently no longer make this product, so what they did instead was ship me a smaller, cheaper mat from a different company, priced at $26. This is the mat they sent me: https://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/H-881BL/Anti-Fatigue-Mats/Anti-Fatigue-Mat-5-8-thick-2-x-3-Black It even came in the box from the other company, Uline, with the product number on it, so I could easily look up the product to see how badly VersaTables was trying to rip me off. I was able to initiate a return and refund, but that are total scam artists for trying to cheat me. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I used Versatables Desk all day at work and it Is the Best desk for people that spends more then 4 hours behind the screen. It offers great high adjustments giving you more Legroom Stability with great variety on tops sizes and colors Totally happy to been able to use a Versatables Desk.

On May 15, 2020, we purchased PowerLift Standing Desk Double Benching System $1,674.00 IN STOCK LEGACY SKU: SKU-360BCCCA to the tune of about $2,000 which was promptly charged to our credit card. Ordered this for our Grand Re-Opening of new medical clinic and new office space/locaiton scheduled to open this week. But have NO WORKING FURNITURE FOR OUR NEW SPACE!

Our event is going to be bare b/c we are unable to get the items ordered from this company! We ordered this more than 30 days in advance to allow plenty of time but we only get the run around from their sales/customer service folks for a product that is "In Stock" per their own website. We have called ask about delivery of our furniture, & either get no return response or no result as promised by Alexis or Louis & others. Received a partial order but nothing complete or usable furniture/work space.

This company doesn't care about paying customers nor do they fill their orders as expected. We are extremely disappointed since our community event is planned but we have no furniture for our office redesign. SO EMBARASSING that we counted on this company and now our "grand event" won't be so grand with a bare office. DO NOT PURCHASE FORM THIS COMPANY if you need complete, usable furniture in a reasonable amount of time.

Or if expect even a minimum level of customer service! Perhaps Better Business Bureau will have suggestions & perhaps help us effect a better result. In the meantime we're left scrambling trying to find alternate furniture at Staples, Amazon or Wayfair in order to hopefully find some furniture in time to fill our new space before our event.so disappointed!

I absolutely love these ergonomic tables. I use them everyday at work and I will continue to use them for the rest of my life They are very high quality, sturdy and the Best in the market!

Great company! We use their tables at work which makes my days so much easier and better.

I ordered a down view table from their site. It specifically says on their email receipt: "Orders ship in 1-2 business days and should arrive at destination within 7-10 business days of shipping." We have a grand opening in our facility happening in a couple of days and we'releft gaping hole on our reception area. I've communicated with the company and was given the run around by Cherie. This is bad customer service. A simple honest response would've fixed this situation.

I am very happy with my versadesk. I have a large desk that I love and didn't want to get rid of it. The great thing about this product is that it plops right on your current desk. Its also really durable. Love it

I've realized when working and under pressure with dead lines, trying to come up with an idea or solve a problem. A sit-stand desk just makes it eaiser, faster, and more convenient. I had the best customer service experience ever with Versa Products! I was able to transform my existing workstation and my colleagues entire offices with Standing Desk Converters from Versa Products. Simple and easy to assemble! Brought our monitors and keyboards to our preferred sitting and standing positions. Versa Products brought me back to life!

I purchased an entire office from them including Edison electric table and two Executive Filing Pedestal. The table after one year is not level any more as the side with the monitor has dropped by 3/4 of an inch. The Deluxe CPU Holder is a total joke and is built so flimsy it would not even come close to holding my gaming CPU. I called when it was discovered upon assembly and received an RMA to return the "Deluxe" device which they gave me.

Several months later I got around to sending it back and now they will not refund my money saying it has been too long. Customer service can ruin a business and here is where it all begins. Good luck if you buy from them. I am done with them and they have lost thousands of dollars in future business as I expand my business due to a $69.00 refund.

After my original post, a rep name Yvonne, from versa emailed me within a week. She was very helpful even though i had to follow up a few times because of their department miscommunication. i was able to send back the cpu case without paying for shipping and eventually got my full money back from it.

Love my Versa Tables! Actually purchased one for the office and one for my home office. I am a CPA and decided that sitting all day (and evenings during tax season) was slowly but surely killing me. All of the research shows that even a regular work-out routine cannot reverse the damage done to your health by sitting all day. So, I finally did something about it. I've been using my desks for about a 6 weeks now and am finding that I am standing about 50% of the time.and feel great! (BTW- I bought a wellness mat from Williams Sonoma online to use when standing and it works wonders too.) I couldn't be happier with the entire process with Versa Tables starting with the informative website, the ordering process, the speed of delivery, the high quality of the products and the very prompt & friendly customer service representative Yvonne.

After placing my order, Yvonne reached out to me via email to confirm the order, which gave me an opportunity to ask some questions and make some changes before the order was processed. That is the first time I've ever experienced that type of proactive & personalized approach. My experience is that an automated email is sent acknowledging the order, but never have I been provided with an actual person's name & contact information. Yvonne is very knowledgeable about the products and is extremely helpful, so take advantage of her services.

A work colleague also bought a desk and had an issue with raising it after a couple of uses. He emailed Yvonne and within minutes she responded with instructions on how to fix it. The desk is not an "executive" style desk, which worried me at first since I meet with clients throughout the year in my office. Therefore, I kept my regular desk and am using the Versa Table as an L shape desk return where I keep my laptop & monitors.

The quality of the Versa Table is equal to the overall quality of the other furniture in my office and looks great next to it. If you want to do something positive for your overall health & well-being, order one of these desks. Believe me, you won't regret it!

Only place that I could find a reasonable priced adjustable desk (and i searched all over the internet). For about 500 dollars I got a height adjustable desk with a keyboard tray, monitor attachment and a computer holder. It's a pretty cool desk, good quality too(the surface is very hard, and the outer lining seems pretty durable. I'm a 6ft tall guy, and so this desk works much better.

Bought the wall mount for my monitor (VESA) and it is an absolute gem. Nothing cheap or rinky-dink - solid metal, well constructed, rock solid in operation. It is model WMMMA or somesuch. Black color. Fits anywere you have about 2' to the right and left of the mount. I screwed mine into the window frame and it is not ugly at all in its elegance. Amazingly low price for the quality too. Recommended. A pleasure.

I've been in the market for a new desk for literally years, wanting something that was not the usual big box-store chipboard deal. I wanted something that would be worth the money and would last. I was given the recommendation to check out the Versa Tables product line, and-after seeing one of their products in-person-soon put in my own order for a classroom computer table.

I was impressed by the selection of tops and frames, along with accessories. I appreciated the free shipping and the communication up through shipping. When I received it, I found the assembly straightforward, and become even more impressed with the sturdiness and quality of construction; I feel that this is a desk that will last me quite a few years to come. I am also pleased to hear that it was made in the U.S. Definitely a happy customer here, and I'll know where to return should I need other such furniture.

I recently purchased an electric desk from VersaTables using a discount for Presidents Day. On the day before it's arrival I changed my mind on the color. I called VersaTables and they were so gracious. They aloud me to refuse the shipment so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping back to the company. But most important, they aloud me to exchange the table for the color I wanted at the same price even though the sale I had taken advantage of was long over.

I was so happy about this. It saved me hundreds of dollars. The desk arrived quickly. It is beautiful! Excellent quality. I love it! I am very grateful for the excellent service. In fact, I've never written a Yelp review and was inspired to do so by this experience. Would definitely do business with them again.

Versa tables ROCK. I was VERY worried about spending $1,400 online for a piece of furniture I didn't get to test out or sit at prior to purchase. However, the product came very highly recommended so I splurged. I don't know what model I got, but it's a 5 foot long desk on electronic hydraulic lifts. It's AMAZING. I stand about half the day and sit about half the day.

This thing saves my back, knees and neck. Really good product. I've even lost a few pounds since I've been using this for a month and spend a lot of time standing / moving around. Quality product for a fair price. Assembly was a bit of a bitch and took some time, but unlike ikea furniture, everything feels sturdy and lined up correctly.

I purchased a vanity mirror from VANITY GIRL through this company for my partner's birthday. I decided to order on the phone in order to ask about a promo code. The guy I talked to was awesome and super helpful. Easy, fast, and incredibly down to earth, polite AND local, which is a plus. I got the vanity table with the code I found and it came earlier than expected. And the vanity mirror is absolutely GORGEOUS, my boyfriend (a makeup artist) just freaked out when he got it. I've been buying VersaTable products for 4 years. They rock. Their products are all made in Los Angeles, with quick delivery and helpful sales associates when the info on the website isn't enough (which is rare). Even though these products are designed for the office, I've found that the small carts, workstations and accessories are well made and robust enough for light- to medium-duty factory needs, which is what I've used them for.

I looked high and low for the effect makeup table/mirror. I found a beautiful antigue desk, but was still a mirror short. Guess what? I found Versa, and their Vanity Girl products which included a celebrity-endorsed lighted mirror. Fast forward, I got the mirror! It is beautiful, fits on my antique table, and began to practice my my makeup skills. And, joyfully, I recommend this for older women to use to correct their makeup errors, and view and review their shadowing/highlighting skills. This is a GREAT thing, and even has an outlet for my blo dryer! I love this makeup mirror. I am a QUEEN!

Our experience with VersaTables was excellent. The only hiccup, when I went to place an order online the website said their security was not up-to-date so I went ahead and placed a phone order. The woman on the phone was extremely professional and handled my call efficiently. Our order shipped out before it was supposed to and was received quickly. Overall, I would recommend them time and time again.
