Mitch and crew at DOE are very very kind and nice to work with. My mother ordered a lateral file cabinet and it ended up being too large for the space. She decided she wanted it moved to the basement and since it was WAY TOO HEAVY for us to move. we called DOE to see if they would help. They offered to assist for a very reasonable fee. I am a new Allstate office in Madison Heights and I order a ton of new furniture from Neil. Not only was he so helpful and caring but his products are beyond amazing. To all people who have a home office and this is the first time ordering office furniture. I went to a discount office furniture store in Berkley MI. The lady that answers the phone was nice. The brothers that own they were ok fast talker thats how they sell you. The price of the furniture not bad quality stuff too. They delivered it and here's where they Just Don't Care! they made the sale comes in.
They put it in my office it looked ok but I wasn't aware how close to the outlet it should be well it's super heavy and my wife and myself really can't move it its on carpet. I called the One Brother he said oh well you should of known. I said can you send a guy to move it away he said we can't to pricey for us to do this I spent almost $2000.00 dollars he didn't seem to care a bit.
And to really set it off they broke a key to lock the desk never sent out a new one. I have called about the key and about how my desk still id too close to walls they don't care. I would never recommend anyone to buy a single piece of office furniture from Discount Office Equipment!
