Fantastic in every way. Randy is a walking lexicon of furniture made in North America. He knows his trade remarkably well. I've bought a nearly a dozen pieces from him the last ten years. He even stopped at my house once on his way to a buying trip to Amish country to make sure he was perfectly matching a purchase to my existing oak Amish bed! Fair prices and excellent service through to delivery for real American made, beautiful solid wood furniture. The wait for the furniture to be made is well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

I just called to price out a very large purchase of furniture. I was told they were closed due to the shelter in place order. Keep in mind I completely understand them being closed and support them for that decision, but what I don't understand is why they refused to quote a price over the phone for thousands of dollars in furniture. Maybe they don't need the business during these economic times. Maybe they have plenty of money. I'm not sure, but I'm disappointed that I couldn't get a quote over the phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a cherry bedroom set here after looking at other area furniture stores. This was the only place that had quality pieces. Everything I saw elsewhere was poorly made overseas. Quality always costs more, but this furniture will last for generations. The salespeople know their stuff and were very helpful. I look forward to going back for some outdoor furniture.

We have been thoroughly impressed with Heartland Amish Furniture. We ordered our new Dining Room Table and chairs and breakfast nook chairs from them. They were very helpful in guiding us on the types of decisions we needed to make. We came back twice to relook everything after we thought about it and looked at other places. We have had our furniture now for a month and absolutely love it!
Exactly what we wanted. Ricky from the company noticed some piping on three chairs that appeared to be loose. He asked to take them back to the manufacture for repair. That is the attention to detail that I really like about this store! The quality of the furniture is exactly like we were promised and saw in the display model. No skimping here!

In 2015 we purchased four quarter-sawn oak Royal Mission dining room chairs via Randy from the Amish chair craftsman he works with. I had always wanted an Amish piece, and the chairs did not disappoint. They are very well made and finished. Really nice workmanship. Two years later they look like they did when we bought them.

Have purchased in-store items and placed special ordered items. We keep going back. We have always gotten great service and excellent advice. Owner measured a hallway in our house to get a perfect sized piece. Most recently we ordered a special order chest and got it in the time frame we were told. All pieces are high quality;well made and beautifully finished.
