Had 2 bedrooms and staircase carpet fitted today, also they used the waste to fit in our porch and an understairs cupboard, the service was excellent from ordering to fitting. The fitters were very careful and and very clean hoovering up and taking away all rubbish and made a superb job, 5th set of carpets we have had fitted by them and we highly recommended Dovetail.

Carpets were lovely but to have our card details used for another persons carpets and to then be hung up on and spoken to like rubbish because we picked them up on their mistakes was disgusting! Especially after paying nearly 3000 with this company I'd not recommend just purely due to the way we had been spoken to over something that was not our fault.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff from the first enquiry about bathroom flooring. Taking care of measuring, confirming order and arranging a convenient appointment. When fitted the flooring looked fantastic a very neat and professional job. Very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dovetail staff.
