DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I purchased a bedroom set in January 2022 and when they delivered they said they didn't have my mirror and it will be in within the week. I called in February and nothing, I called in March and nothing until finally I went in to see what was going on and was told it had been there since February but when they went to get it for me didn't want to give it to me because it belonged to someone who purchased the same set AFTER me.
Well turns out they gave my mirror to that other person so they gave me the mirror with someone else's name on it. OKAY fine, here we are in April and I just got a phone call saying Hey good news we have your mirror in and it is scheduled to be delivered on May 22nd.ummmmmmm mind you I already finished paying off the account and even paid the delivery fee yet had to pick up my own mirror and assemble myself and they are calling all happy that they have my furniture 5 months after the fact. They don't know which end is up at this place! you have been warned! Purchase at your own risk!

This place is horrible, my girlfriend had order a bed set with dresser and mirror back in December. They told us that it would take a month to get delivered. Coming to that, we kept calling for an update and they would tell they'll give us a call back and no update. We decided to cancel the bed and only keep the dresser. Calling the financing and was still being charged for a bedset and night stand that we didn't have in possession.

Furniture Now got me the best price on a specific chaise lounge that my wife wanted. They also got it delivered much faster than I was expecting. I am happy with the quality of the chaise lounge we purchased, and my wife loves it. The experience of buying from Furniture Now and receiving delivery was very smooth and very positive. I would buy from them again.

Was only in there for 10 minutes an was treated like we weren't welcomed. A Mr Luis walked up asked what we wanted I told him we were looking for now and he was still rude an kept telling us to let him know what we wanted. Got to the kids section to look at beds for children and asked him about looking for trundle he didn't offer a catalog or anything just said we don't sell those and turned away.
So on our way out we see the catalog on the TV an start to browse but before I can look into it for the bed for my kids he walked up quick to say anything you buy is going to take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Felt very rude and didn't feel like we welcomed which is sad considering we had also bought a sectional and dining set here before from a different guy a few months prior. The rude salesman name was Luis. I recommend waiting for another salesman than dealing with him.

They are nice and caring however when you have issues with your purchase expect to explain yourself to more than one point of contact. It seems they do not keep up with files or issues with the furniture sold. I bought 2 beds back in 2/21 and one came damaged. They were able to place an order for repair for 8/21 and the pieces that were being replaced came damaged as well!
They came back and repaired one damaged part on 9/21 however one of the other parts is still damaged. At this point I had asked for a discount and I have not heard from them since. I am writing this review on 12/21
