Kathy made my purchase effortless and quick. Very knowledgeable on the workings of the company. I highly recommend her when searching for any piece of furniture. Thanks Kathy! ***update*** While Kathy did her job the company is not. Kathy updated me on the continued setbacks with my 3 kitchen chairs. Apparently they finally came in today. After patiently waiting 6 months for 3 kitchen chairs.

I asked the gentleman if free delivery was available bc I've waited far longer than I anticipated. He replied no. I asked could you talk to someone above you. He quickly stated no without trying to contact a manager about a disgruntled customer or even giving me a corporate number. Do not waste your time or money shopping here. Others(and the gentleman acknowledged this) have ordered furniture after me and received their items before me. Kathy stop wasting your customer service skills in bad companies.

We purchased a mattress for our daughter not even a year ago, NOT CHEAP, and its falling apart. Very poor quality. Will have to buy another, but will not go back to Lynns.

I was looking for a recliner for my daughter. They had a large variety and the sales lady was wonderful. Not pushy and was oh so helpful. Would definitely recommend. They have some very nice furniture and a reasonable price.

Great customer service. Very nice selection and Kathy was very helpful and professional. Was able to give me good options to hold on to the sale of 20%. Also they carry La-z-boy brand. Yes, we purchased all La-z-boy.

Saleslady Cathy was very patient and informative. Was my first time at Lynn's would recommend to all looking for new furniture. No pressure in buying at all. I will definitely go back and highly recommend Lynn's.

The main reason my family and I shop at this location is the people. Kathy and her staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming(they know us by name). We bought several items when it was art van but came back after it changed just to check things out. Again Kathy and the gentleman that was working( he's there all the time and I apologize but I forget his name) they exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for another great experience!

Great furniture store. The customer service was amazing and honest. Me and my wife were out furniture shopping for our new home and found the perfect 3 piece set. Bruce was the amazing salesperson in at the store at the time and he did an amazing job making sure we found exactly what we were looking for and was not pushing for any type of sales. We had a great experience at Lynn's furniture and matress. We will definitely be back.
