This store has it all-Great people, honest, and loving. Last time I was in the store I handed my car keys to John and he loaded my 6 plus boxes in my car. What a sweet heart! I purchased a curio cabinet and had them deliver it such professionals Great deal on it I just love walking in there and looking at stuff for sale.

He first came in there was a nice lady that asked us was there anything that she could do for us. She told us to go to the counter so that another lady could help us. When we got to the counter the lady walked off and we just stood there and stood there and finally I had to walk over to her and ask her for help that was not good. Overall the store has a lot of beautiful items to purchase.

Sell it Again Sam did my moving sale and is now consigning some of my pieces. During the staging/pricing/sale process they always answered my phone calls and called me with questions about some items. They dialogued with me about pricing. (because this was a moving sale and not an auction prices of items ultimately did reflect that). They were a small team of two who worked very hard to organize my 35+ years of "stuff".

The sale was held over 2 days and all of the staff involved were honest and hard working. They "cleared out " following the sale and some items are on consignment at their shop. Having a moving sale is always stressful. You are allowing people to walk all over your house for weeks during the prep and sale. You get pennies on the dollar for your items as is typical of any moving sale.

Those variables you cannot control. What I was most concerned with was honesty and integrity and I was happy with those aspects. They made me feel more at ease during a stressful time. Overall was pleased and would recommend.

Any time my husband and I are in need of quality used furniture, this is the place we go. They've also got TONS of other items in pretty much any home related category I could think of. Love looking around here to see what hidden treasures I might find. Always worth the visit!

I found the perfect bedroom furniture to compliment my new Med Century queen size bed and Headboard I found Side Table and a Large Hutch with four Drawers and two shelves by Thomasville.

It's a wonderland! Many small an large rooms to wander through, for hundreds of large and small ( some vintage) items. Helpful customer service. Good and accessible location.

Nice place to look for bargains but NOT great ppl to do business with. NO Receipt when they pick up your furniture. And they don't tell u what's its gonna be sold for. By the time u get thru get about $25!

Terrible place to do business with. Doesn't even deserve one star. I had to call 3 times to get them to pick up furniture and they never returned phone calls or text messages. Wanted to charge me 100.00 to pick up furniture. They sell it for the bare minimum and give you half. They have a book shelf of mine for over six months in great condition.

I have to keep calling to follow up. They sell merchandise and don't cut you a check. They wait til you call and ask it the items sold yet. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place.

Not kidding--my mom has been bringing me to this place since I was five years old--and I'm 47! It's changed families and buildings over the years but remains a great consignment shop full of interesting items at fair prices--run by a great family! I own a B&B in Michigan, and I still make the trek back to this place whenever I can!

Sell it again Sam is the best! I would highly recommend John and Tammy to conduct your Estate Sale! They are organized and they know how to price items strategically so that everything would sell. They made our whole moving process so much more easy during a highly stressed time. I can't say enough about the great services they provide! Use them you won't be sorry! Thanks to you both!

This business could do a LOT MORE business with better management and if they returned phone calls. I've called them at least 6 times to pick up and sell truly quality furniture from my home. They have done nothing! If you are in the business of picking up quality items and re-selling then why on earth would you not even give a potentially good consignor the courtesy of a call back?

And when you reach an actual person they tell various lies about why they can't give you an answer about what you want to sell there. Frustrating. Unprofessional. Time killers. NO!

They have many rooms filled with great stuff. I just like wandering around.

I called to ask if they carried baby grand pianos because I had one to sell. They said they did and asked if I would send a picture. I promptly complied and heard nothing back. I called twice and both times was promised a prompt call back. I then emaled them and asked for them to let me know one way or the other. Again, I got no response. I. ended up giving the piano away to a lovely family who hired professional movers and are delighted to have it. This is NOT a very professionally run company in terms of my experience. Common courtesy would dictate at least a brief response.

They get a lot of great things here! You just have to be patient and act quickly if you see something you really like. They have a lot of beautiful retro furniture here, too.

I sold a King sized bed, dresser and nightstand. They charged me $60 to pick up the furniture which I thought was bit pricy but my new bedroom set was coming the next day so I had no choice. The guys were nice. They also make minor repairs to furniture free of charge to help you get the most for your furniture which is a plus. When they received an offer for my furniture they called me to ask if I approved of the sales price.

The store keeps 50% of the sales price. So after the sale they mailed me a check for approximately $325. If you include the $60 dollar I was charged for delivery I only netted $265 from the sale which really isn't much. Next time I will probably try selling my furniture on my own first before selling here again. However, if you are looking to purchase for something for your home and you want to save money this is a good place to start.

Incredible staff, stock, prices, pick up and delivery options. I can't say enough about this store. I buy there and can sell for profit AND I consign there and get more than expected. I don't know how they do it! I love this place so much they have become friends.

A friend told me to try Sell It Again Sam as I was trying to empty my parents house due a death. I gave them a perfect-condition Ethan Allen hutch cabinet, solid wood table with extension, six chairs and a few more living room pieces. I could not believe the low prices they gave me so I asked them to adjust them so I could get something decent for the furniture.

The adjustment was hardly worth the effort. I found the staff not very pleasant to work with and unavailable. I tried to follow up on the sale of two winged back chairs and they never answered by calls to this day. I would not recommend them to anyone. Resale does not mean give it away and my items were high quality and should have been priced as such.

This place is like a giant year 'round estate sale. They have tons of cool and interesting furniture and home goods stashed all over. Everything from a room full of lamps to exercise equipment to a hallway of books. Prices seem retail oriented but the items are generally clean and almost retail quality. The experience is also clean and safe. You don't have the feeling that furniture will topple over, and claustrophobics are safe here. If you see something you like act fast, it won't last long.

Sell It Again used to be a in cramped storefront in a Matteson strip mall. In 2013 they moved straight south to a freestanding building (12,000 s.f.! ) on Governor's in Richton Park. There is a ton of inventory here and best of all they let you snoop around their unloading dock, where stuff is coming in (wow! what's that!?) and (damg! you missed it!) going out.

There are interesting odds and ends but they specialize in sets -- and a lot of BIG furniture -- couches and wall units galore, bedroom sets, dining room sets, kids' room sets. There are multiple rooms to wander around including the back. They are now open on Sundays, which was smart. And if you are here, don't forget to stop in the smaller companion store, owned by "Sam's" brother, Danny, just south of this location on the other side of the street. It's got a less inspired named (Quality Used Furniture) but ironically, a few more quirks and when you see the stacked to the gills look of both places, you'll spot the family resemblance right away.

Sell it Again Sam's always has a GREAT selection, is priced well, and is friendly and helpful. They deliver, pick up, and will help you with pricing. I have been shopping here for years, and have several pieces of furniture in my home from Sam's. I love the variety they have, feeling at home when I shop here, it is clean, and they have constant inventory turnover. I live in Northwest Indiana and make the 40 minute trip here because it is well worth it.

Stuffed to teh gills with furniture. nearly all of it lovely for the prices. i picked up 2 wicker chairs- dark brown, in great shape for my yard for $9 a peice. $9! New they would have been over a hundred each. They also had the same metal wood benchs you see for $75 at home depot for $25. They have some great stained glass windows for reasonable prices. I stop down tehre every couple months to check it out and you should too.

Like any used furniture, hit or miss. BUT, what they do have is pretty nice and fairly priced. Picked up some mint Mario Lanza LPs for $1 each and a vintage curio cabinet for about $120! We'll definitely keep checking back to see what else they get in!
