We are very happy with Showcase. Friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery crew was on time and completed their work quickly.

My husband and I purchased our furniture on November 5th 2021. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks to receive our furniture. It has now been 3 1/2 months. We are making payments on furniture that we do not even have in our possession. When I called Showcase for an update the representative was rude for no reason other than his own. He refused to call me back directly, they ended up returning the call to my husband and provided an update to the timeframe for receiving the furniture. At no point in time did they offer any discounts on future purchases or even a refund for half of the delivery fee that we paid for UPFRONT.

We have purchased furniture here previously and have always found the sales people to be very helpful and friendly. All the furniture has been of high quality and has served our needs very well

Buying my furniture from Showcase Furniture was an excellent experience! No pressure sales team were there to answer all of my questions but not hovering over like at some furniture stores. You have the option of delivery or pickup. My furniture arrived when scheduled and the staff had it ready to go for me when I arrived for pickup. Great prices and communication, overall a great buying experience. I will definitely do business with them again.

I was referred here by a local assisted living facility to buy furniture for my husband's room. The experience was a 100% joy. All employees were extremely helpful. Quality of what I bought here was great. In particular, the recommended mattress set has to be one of the best we've ever bought. I would highly recommend the store to anyone.

Shout out to the excellent customer service from Jim. He was super sweet and attentive when visiting his stores. He made sure to give us all the details of their frequent new deliveries of furniture and his used furniture prices are negotiable. Between his good used store and his Ashley showcase store, there a lot of options to pick from. They had dinette sets, bedroom sets and more all for a reasonable price and quality. They even buy your used furniture when you're upgrading your home or moving back up North.
