Save your money and go someplace else. We had a terrible experience here with major lack of communication. Our delivery was scheduled between 8-11 am and our truck never showed up. We never got one phone call to update us or touch base about any changes. After I spent all day calling and speaking to SIX different representatives that all gave us a different lie as to where our delivery truck was, come to find out- at 7:30 pm- it was never even picked up from the warehouse to begin with.
All they said is that they would MAYBE try to get our stuff the following day for a delivery window of 6pm- midnight. midnight! Completely disappointed especially since the in-store employees Jenna and Gregory were great and super helpful.

Literally the worst furniture delivery experience I've ever had. My entire day was wasted by a delivery that never came. It was supposed to be delivered from 12-3, even received a text at 12:15 that they would be here in fifteen minutes with my furniture. I was on the phone with them at 10:45PM that night still unsure if my furniture was being delivered.
I was told multiple times it was on its way and that I was the next stop. I just cancelled the order and moved on. Never wasting my time with this terrible store again. If you'd like to be disrespected and have your time wasted, this is the place for you!

Please believe the reviews if you want to save yourself some disappointment. I dreamt of the day I could walk into living spaces and furnish my entire house. Every encounter we had in the actual store was great. If you are purchasing an item directly from living spaces, I trust that it will arrive when they say it will. What they DONT tell you is that all of the custom orders come from a 3rd party.
We ordered our custom sectional 5 months before we moved so we could move into our home and make sure we had a couch. The sales person put our Billing address as our deliver address and when I brought it to their attention, they told me to call the customer line the next day to change it. no big deal. I did just that, was told it was updated. I confirmed my address with them over 15 times before the items were set to be delivered.
The day before the sectional was set to be delivered, they informed me the sectional was sent to CA and need to be canceled and reordered. I spent 8+ hours on the phone with their customer service line, was told I would be called back on two occasions, hung up on, then told my item would be delivered in two weeks only to be told that Was wrong and I needed to cancel and reorder the item.
Our total bill was over 20k and the customer services rep told me to return everything if I wasn't happy, no problem. After our big move to Texas and being devastated that we had no couch to have in our home I went back into the store. The staff was great in trying to resolve the issue. We reordered the couch and I was told the couch would be done in 2-4 weeks.
Not ideal but I was willing to wait. When I later checked on the order it said it was 12 weeks out. I was able to talk to the store and they told me That was not true that an order could be done that quick and there's nothing they could do about it. All of the hard work the sales associates put in to helping us design our home was tarnish by the disconnect with the call center and third party communication.
What should have been a joyful experience turned into nothing but stress, a waste of time and money. Save yourself and go to a reputable company that actually cares about the customer.

Maggie the sales woman was a extremely helpful. She asked if I needed assistance and showed me furniture that fit my request. Maggie showed me the extra features of the reclining sofa. She explained the extended warranty and fully explained all charges. Maggie made the purchasing experience a pleasure. She provided excellent customer service.

Bought another / different piece from Living Spaces. Door knob is bent and door is misaligned. Very disappointed in the quality of their furniture. No one from living spaces has attempted to contact me to make this better. Customer service is an after thought and not even that. Don't waste your time.

We have, and our family has, purchased from Living spaces in the past with absolutely no issues. Our last interaction with these folks was 1 star at best. We ordered bedroom furniture and were told there was an extended lead time on one piece and they would hold the other pieces until the order was complete. OK, no issues at all. We realized that there was a floor model available and we visited the store to inquire if we could just purchase the floor model.
Here is where their customer service failed. How did it fail amateurish Sales Rep, broke every rule of providing excellent customer service, and absolutely no flexibility from a?manager? when dealing with valued customers. Our sales Rep approached us, yawned, and the first words were not "how may I assist you" but " I am so tired". We explained why we were there and after about 20 minutes of back and forth, the piece was located in the warehouse.

I purchased a Remy White Corner Desk that was delivered on time to my Apartment. However, upon assembly, one section wouldn't fit. I drove to the store and was immediately helped by Jessica A. She was outstanding. She arranged to have the original desk picked up and a new desk delivered ASAP. It was fully assembled without charge. Lifesaver! GREAT Customer Service. I recommend Jessica A for Employee of the Month! And promote her please!

The rating overall for this business should be and indication of what to expect & alarming. I walked in only to be stared at by the front end employees with no acknowledgement and greeting. Maybe pushing each other around in a chair having fun took precedence over customer engagement. Found the desk I was looking for all by myself. An employee coldly told me everyone's gone already and to come back tomorrow. Uhhh no thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. Save yourself a trip and shop a different company. Overall rating should be negative stars.

I went in to Living Spaces and everyone was friendly and willing to help. I went in looking for a dining table and I knew the style I wanted. The dining set I was looking for was not on display however the wonderful salesman Tony checked and saw that the chairs and bench that went with the table were in stock. He was quick to show me the chair that was in stock and even brought it down so that I can see it and even sit on it.
It was perfect. Tony was very knowledgeable and he helped me pick a table that would be a perfect match with the chairs and the bench. The original table that I had seen online was not available until mid May and since I mentioned that I would really want it before that, he helped me look for another one. He showed me other tables, he even measured some tables so I can see the size. Tony was very helpful and knows the products.
The entire experience was a pleasant one, he wasn't a pushy salesman that was just in for the points. He was patient and thorough and answered my questions. The check out process was quick. I initially thought that we would be there at least 3 hours but we were out within the hour. Excellent service received from Tony, very smart young man and handsome I must say. Had an awesome experience working with Linda Manzano. She helped me change my order an infinite number of times to make sure I had the best deal and got just what I needed. Things arrived on time and the condition of the products + the delivery were excellent. Very happy with the company and Linda's support! 2 month review of my products: my sofa was amazing, my dining table chairs is a bit painful to sit on because of the inferior foam quality. I paid $395 or $495 for a full dining set + 4 chairs, you get what you pay for.

We have purchased a lot of furniture from here over the years. What I like about it is if you like something you see they usually have it in stock and you can leave with it, so bring a truck! They have a really good variety of pieces so you are definitely going to find something - that's dangerous I know. Don't forget to look at their discount section, there is some treasures in there for sure!

Bought a beautiful power recliner at a decent price. Free delivery was a plus. However, only 3 stars due to having to assemble the back on to bottom. I didn't pay extra for assembly because the salesman guaranteed me that no assembly would be required. I would only need to "plug it in". My husband and I are both seniors and he has mobility issues. So, when it arrived in two pieces you can imagine it was quite difficult for us to manage holding up the entire back of the chair to try and insert metal bars into the tracks to complete the assembly. Once we accomplished that, yes.we "just plugged it in". Quite sore the next day but my husband is really enjoying his chair.

We bought a table two years ago with Living Spaces and paid for the 5 year warranty. That is a Joke. Our table got damaged during our move and the warranty department will not cover it. The warranty customer service lady name Lauren, who I was on the phone with was so rude I asked for a supervisor. I hope a supervisor can override this. If not we will not spend another dollar with Living Spaces.

If I could give Living Spaces NO stars I would because that's how bad this store is. I will never, never, never shop here again or refer anyone to shop at this store ever. They only care about making the sale and not the customer or providing good service after the sale is done. I received no updates on when my furniture was going to be delivered, because it didn't arrive on the date I was given.
I had to call several times to get an update. And talking to their customer services representatives who are probably on the other side of the world is a nightmare! NEVER AGAIN!

Do Not Buy Here! Their warranty service is a complete scam. Care free is partnered with living spaces but neither one of them will do anything at all to help when your stuff breaks. They won't answer the email or calls. After going into the store, demanding that they get through to care free, we get Tina. No employee ID number. No actual identification.
Just Tina. Who's rude as hell, lies, and clearly has no care whatsoever. Please, please, do not waste your time and money with these companies. It's a complete scam and my recliner lasted less than 2 years. Now I have a broken recliner with no options of repairs, replacement, refund on my warranty or couch. Just a busted couch and $3k in the hole.

Dozens of neighbors in my premier neighborhood have had horrible experiences with poor quality furniture, warranty's not being honored, not meeting delivery schedules and overall really bad & apathetic customer service! One neighbor said their couch was 'pilling ' after only a few months. Stay away from this furniture store to avoid headaches & poor quality furniture.

Scam of a business. They don't tell you about their return policy till after you paid and they email you a receipt. They give you 7 days only to return items with NO exceptions. I bought a decorative mirror and NEVER opened the box once it was delivered. We didnt account for the AC control unit in the space we planned to hang the mirror and then we traveled for a few days for work and now I am back past my 7-days and they won't accept the return - again, sealed, unopened box :) Compare this to their competitors for home decor. quality and price range, this like Target, AtHome, Costco, Walmart, Amazon, HomeGoods, Marshals, etc. etc. all of which would happily access returns within reason and of course with limitations but they do accept returns :) they work hard to keep your business. Now b/c of a simply mirror purchase, I will NEVER shop at Living-Spaces again. never again.

One of the largest retail stores I've explored. There is honestly something for everyone here. We were impressed at the selection and the actual variety in designs. While some were absolutely not in my taste I can see them in friends homes. The staff are attentive and honestly helpful and interested in making sure you're doing great, at least in the outlet side!

Huge floor room. Lots of options to select from. The best part of you are not stalked by a sales person! You get asked if you need help finding anything or if you have questions about a particular piece, but no constant input you didn't ask for. I'm not a fan of furniture shopping, but Living Spaces sure does make it more tolerable.

I shopped at Living Spaces today 1-30-2022. Super service is how I would describe my experience with the team. Several people greeted me throughout the store and asked if I needed assistance. The two salespeople I eventually worked with were knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I'm hoping that I will be as happy with the quality of the furniture I purchased, as I am with the customer service I received. I highly recommend Living Spaces for their exceptional customer service.

Stay away from this place! I ordered 'in stock' items and 3 months later I was still getting the run around on getting them delivered. Their customer service works from their homes and reads from a script. They can't tell you anything other than what they read and the info they are going by is often wrong. I have been on the phone and chat and email with them a dozen times and still have no idea if I will ever get my furniture.
I have read that they have issues with delivery but you really need to understand it is BEYOND that. I am nearly 3 months past my delivery date and still can't get anyone on the phone that will tell me the truth. Avoid this place there are plenty of stores that sell cheap furniture that won't take your money and not deliver.

If you're looking to buy furniture look elsewhere. When we initially were looking for furniture in 2019 this location had much better Yelp reviews, as of today it seems that the rating has been tanking. We bought a beautiful 5 piece custom couch for our new home here in Austin and we bought the extra "Care Free Plan" Provided by Uniters for $588.75.
We filed two "Care Free" claims with their website www.warrantyservice.com and both were denied for tears to the stitching and other damage. The second claim after it was denied suggested to go to another third party(FSNPRO.com) and use their discount code "WS90" to get our furniture repaired by someone else!? It sounds likes this is a routine response for this "insurance".
I called Living Spaces and told them what was happening with my ~$5k couch and they said there was nothing they could do to help, but they did let me know the procedure to get a refund for the Care Free "insurance" by sending a letter to Florida to request a refund. This isn't what you expect for a ~$5k couch.

We have been regular clients at Living Spaces. They had very good service so far since he did our first furniture purchased. This last December 31st though, we needed dining chairs so badly and have to go the the store. Luckily we found what we wanted. They promised us that the six chairs will be delivered on Sunday, January 2, 2022 but it never happened.
They never called or not even a message just to inform us what's the cause of the delay and/or when can they reschedule it. I was so disappointed about this as they are not doing their job as what is being expected from their clients.

Situated in a industrial/warehouse area. Store was clean and customer service was helpful. Sunday didn't seem busy and customer service was on point. Spent most of my time in the outlet section. You will find furniture discounts here on just about everything due to them being flawed, damaged, etc. The deals weren't spectacular, depends on what you want and in what condition you are willing to accept it in.
The sofa I was interested in retailed for $900 but only discounted $50 off in the flawed section. Parking was plentiful. Pro tip: come in and try the furniture you are interested in and if you are ready to buy, you can buy through their website with PayPal which can potentially give you more savings or time to pay. Some credit cards give you 5% off when using PayPal or you can use PayPal's 0% offer or pay in installments without a hard check on your credit.
At the time of this writing, delivery was included in the online price. Keep in mind the tax rate when purchasing at the store, it may be.75% lower than neighboring municipalities or than purchasing online.

My mom and I got a new place and were so excited to shop for furniture. The sales team here are so friendly and super helpful. Maggie helped us pick our couch, and Daniel spent at least an hour helping us find bed furniture! He introduced us to Ivan, and the two other woman near the mattress department (i forgot their names) were amazing and hilarious, so was the gentleman, (i think his name was Garland) who rang us up at the register! We definitely had a great shopping experience and will be coming back again for more furniture shortly.

It was 3pm and I had never received a call so I finally called and was told that there was an issue at a prior location. I finally received a call at 3:30pm and was told that my furniture would have to go back to the warehouse and be rescheduled for delivery.
I woke up to a message that was left at 10pm from the delivery company trying to deliver. In what world is that ok. I then called the next day and was told the furniture needed to be logged in and returned before they could rescheduled. I called everyday twice a day for an entire week. Was told everyday someone would call me back and that never happened.
Finally went up to the store and was told they were returned and now I can't get my furniture. They tried to send different furniture and it was a disaster. Now I have no furniture in my home and it's been over a week and still no refund of my money and now they are saying oh it went back to store credit when I was in the store and they said it was going back to my card.
So now I have to fight this again. I should be billing you for all of my time that I have had to spend on the phone and instore and online with your staff. This was my first and last experience with this company. Whatever you do don't order form here.

And some items were not custom, so it was disappointing to wait several months for our order to arrive, only to find the coffee table was damaged. Mistakes happen, whatever, so I contact their customer service for a replacement. Had to wait hours for someone to respond, upload photos of the damage, and wait over 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive.
We paid for full service delivery and did not get that when they brought the replacement, so my pregnant ass had to help lift this upstairs with my husband and discard of the enormous box and packaging, despite paying $139 for this service. Then come to find out our replacement is also damaged, in the same way the first one was AND a major crack in the wood, cracked all the way through.
And what does customer service offer us? 10% off. hopefully our TWO couches hold up better than this coffee table has because the prices indicate this is better quality furniture than it actually is. UPDATE: Updated from 1 star to 3, after having someone other than Foli chime in on the issue, I feel a lot better despite having a bad experience with the coffee table and delivery. Derek from support was understanding, helpful, and persistent.

We have had this couch for less than a year and it is started peeling all over extremely bad. We even purchased a protection plan. The protection plan and our warranty with living Spaces told me warranty doesn't cover this. I just don't believe a $3000 couch should look like this in eight months. I'm actually embarrassed when people come over so I put blankets on top of it it looks so bad.

My wife and I stopped by looking to furnish a couple of bedrooms and shop other random pieces. Found the customer service completely lacking. Had to track down someone to help, and had to pull teeth to get information from him. Ultimately, we decided to purchase one bedroom set. The checkout process was also lacking customer focus. You basically wait in line with a virtual cart until a cashier opens up.
We were rushed through the payment, and didn't get any info about warranty or anything. On the way home, decided to cancel the purchase because we wanted to have our money go somewhere that cares for our business. Found that there was no direct phone line to the store, so I had to go in person to cancel the order. Very happy we decided to cancel as nothing about the experience gave any indication that they care about the customer.

We were in need of a new coffee table and were excited to check out Living Spaces as they have a huge selection of really nice pieces. We found one that we were immediately drawn to and purchased that day. Customer service and delivery were great. The quality of the coffee table is great and has lasted for the year we have had it. Some of the pricing can be pretty steep depending on what you're looking for, but we will definitely come here again to purchase more furniture in the future.

Yikes. Where do I start. First, most of the items on display at their stores are not available for months. Next, when the products were delivered and there were quality issues, we got varying answers from in-store personnel and customer service phone reps as far as the solutions which still was not resolved. I would almost venture to say, the reps on the phone lied to us, but I'm still waiting for the final result (who knows when that might be).
Furniture looks great in the store, but many of our pieces arrived damaged and their delivery teams damaged a few of the products as well. I was a planner and planned ahead by months before my move. All my efforts were wasted by poor quality furniture and even lower quality customer service to help me resolve the issues.

I looked all around for a couch (it's a big place). After deciding on a couch and an end table, I was told by the salesperson that there were none in stock nor was it known when it may ever be again. I offered to purchase the floor model but was refused because the couch was still an "active item". Can someone tell me how it makes sense to have an item on the floor that you cannot sell and do not know when you ever will be able to?!
And you want me to pay for that now?! Not my first bad experience here but we gave them another chance and it's another fail. La-Z-boy owes this place a big thank you as I think it's the second time we have moved on from LS and eventually bought at LZB.

The worst! I purchased outdoor furniture and was told some items would be shipped in late May and the rest in late June. I get a notice that the couch will be delayed till July, then notification that it will be delivered on the one day I'm out of town. I call get a hold and told call back to schedule delivery on the original date it was to be delivered.
I call and find out the couch isn't ready but the chairs are.? Fine let's schedule them, now two weeks out. Geez these guys just can't preschedule when YOU are available so they punish you by more wait time. Who knows what I'll receive early July and who knows when the final piece will come either! I would avoid this place at all cost, just not worth it! It's COVID, I get it, but your company policies are not customer friendly. They serve your purpose not ours.

If I could give you sack of liars a rating of negative 5 bazillion, I would. You are *the* worst kind of crooks that have ever existed from the Pokerface liar who sold us our couch to the clueless POS customer service rep who keeps pushing our delivery date back. WHERE THE FUCK IS OUR FURNITURE? ARE YOU GROWING THE TREES THAT PROVIDE THE WOOD? If you're reading this and considering buying furniture by Living Spaces, keep driving. DO NOT STOP HERE because WHO THE FUCK KNOWS WHEN YOU'LL GET YOUR SHIT?!? You're better off buying some Ikea furniture and spending six hours trying to decipher their picture art instructional manuals.

I made an online order with them at the end of March for product that wouldn't be available until the end of April. I elected for a mid-May delivery date on a Saturday. On Friday, I got a voicemail that PART of my order was still at another distribution warehouse across the country, and the OTHER PART was backordered with another six weeks to go.
I ordered six weeks ahead of my delivery date, with a two week cushion on their available date and my delivery. I paid in full up front. It's completely unacceptable to get less than 24 hours notice that they were incapable of getting pieces through their distribution system in time and/or were unable to notify me of an additional backorder, ESPECIALLY since I checked my order/delivery status on Wednesday prior and everything showed as fine/on schedule. Horrible experience. Canceled my order and won't be using them again. Poor communication, poor specific performance. There are too many other furniture stores to risk getting burnt again by bad business practices. STAY AWAY. UNRELIABLE.

Came back in here to compare getting a new dining room table set, mattress and bed - too bad I had to figure it all out myself. There were a ton of people working here milling around in the front or hiding in corners on their tablets pretending to work is what it looked like to me but not one could be bothered to help. Looks like this store has gone downhill in the last two years. Prices are not better than other stores around here like Ashley furniture and selection is not any better.
I will not be returning. Also stop with the generic replies from the store that promises to do nothing to solve any problems - passing along feedback that clearly isn't being received or acted upon compounds on your terrible customer service.
