Omg this place is awesome! We have been searching for a couch for weeks and finally found exactly what we are looking for thanks to the help of Alonzo Jones. he has the best personality and great advice when picking out furniture. He went above and beyond and carried cushions outside so we can see the colors in the natural daylight. He moved furniture around for us to see different chair choices with different couches, and best of all we didn't feel pressured to buy and we weren't stalked by crazy sales pitch people as we were freely looking around either.

I feel like I have made a new friend! I got to know about him which made my furniture buying experience much more fun. What an impressive young person! He went above and beyond to answer all our questions. He was very personable and professional and very down to earth all at the same time. I had great quality and quick service not to mention. Can't wait for our delivery to arrive, and thank goodness that it's not gunna take like 6 months like other places. I highly recommend Alonzo Jones at Bejnars fine furniture. 10 stars hands down!

If you care about customer service, I'm not quite sure if this is the right place to go to. My husband and I came in with three workers talking among themselves and not one person greeted us or asked us if we needed help the whole time we were there. It wasn't until we were a few feet away from all the employees did one come from the back and tell us someone would be with us in a minute.

We were there for an extra 15 minutes and no one bothered. The furniture is lovely, though pricey, but it felt like we were dismissed upon coming in because we are younger than their average clientele. Either way, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Bejnars has always been recommended to me by family members that know the family from back in Hamtramck. My immediate and extended family have shopped here for years. I purchased a full living room set here a few years back and found the woman I worked with to be extremely helpful. I believe her name may have been Leanne and she was working as a designer.

Their pricing was quite competitive and great customer service at the time. I went there twice in the last 4 months for some additional pieces I wanted to purchase. First was for an ottoman. Customer service was not great. 2-3 people were chatting but no one even acknowledged me for quite some time. When I was finally helped, the woman was very distracted and not paying much attention to what I was even saying. Priced out a King Hickory ottoman and it was much higher than Hampton House just up the road so I made my purchase there.

The second visit was to get a price on a home office set from Magnussen. Benjars is the only local store to carry this brand, otherwise I would have went to Hampton House. I had an idea on pricing as I was browsing online and had a made a few calls to authorized dealers for the brand that were not local to get an idea of pricing. I was slightly taken aback when I saw the pricing I was quoted compared to the other quotes I received.

I decided to go with Home Living Furniture out of New Jersey. Even with the $399 delivery fee the total cost was $3k vs $4.5k I was quoted by Bejnars. I called back and gave the sales associate an opportunity to sharpen her pencil and provide a more reasonable price but she was not interested in my business. I much prefer to support local businesses, but not at a 50% mark up premium.

I won't be making a 3rd trip here. I'm not sure what's changed, but the store is just not what it used to be. I used to recommend this store store to people but cannot do that anymore based on my recent visits. I would also advise doing your market research on pricing for whatever you buy.

My husband and I have shopped at Bejnar's multiple times over the past several years. Sherry has been an exceptional fine furniture consultant every time we come into the showroom. Our bedroom set, sofa, and chairs are high-quality and durable pieces. We have recommended Bejnar's to many people due to their excellent services. Even the delivery fellows were delightful.

Came back for a leather recliner and end table. Got the same great service and quality that I found here before. Bring a mask because they do care to keep everyone safe.

Sales staff extremely nice. And helpful. The problem I have is with the King Hickory leather recliners I purchased 10/1/2018. I also purchased the Guardsman insurance on the chairs. Do not purchase waste of money. First thing is the chairs I thought were made in USA are made in China. Look to make sure your tags say made in USA. Now the quality of product.

One chair leather is worn by dog walking by. Second chair seating pad rip and also ripped cushion. Put claim in with Guardsman and was not covered because of manufacturer defect and do not cover body oil. I was told to resubmit my claim which I did and waiting to get turned down again.

The furniture is really beautiful and seems to be very well made! The staff (especially Sherry) was extremely helpful and the delivery guys were very careful moving the heavy furniture in!

Go see Elsa she is a very sweet lady who really knows how to design up a room. We bought our living room set from her and she is just so pleasant and patient. Five stars. Thanks Elsa!

Beware. If buying a sofa or love seat, make sure the actual store fixes the problem. I was unlucky to learn that ELRAN only allows Michigan repair to deal with problems. I really have a problem! The store washes their hands of it and says, as a courtesy, they will help. Nothing they really can do. This has been since early Sept. and only part of the sofa has been dealt with.

I have more on the sofa and both cushions on the love seat to go. Payed $6000 and haven't had a comfortable or total New sofa or love seat yet. The last thing is I'm being handed over to a new person, at the store. It's been 3 weeks and he has yet to call me. I have been trying to get the repair place to call me for 2 months. What the hell. Please, really think about how happy you would be if you were in my shoes.

I don't feel the furniture will Every be fixed correctly. Nothing is made the same. So, part is super firm and the next cushion is much softer. I have been saying every time I call. Life is Too short and I just want my money back! Not being treated right and I finally decided to write this review because I have nothing to Loss, but my health. I'm sick about this. Somebody do the Right thing. Very, very unhappy!

When it comes time for us to purchase new furniture, this is the only place we'll go. We were looking for a wood cabinet for our TV that had door, s so we could push the TV inside and close the doors to hide it when needed. We looked EVERYwhere and found nothing.we liked nothing we saw, and what we did see was cheap. We wanted wood and something that would be a centerpiece of the room.

We remembered Bejnar's so decided to try there. Oh. My. Absolutely beautiful furniture, and they not only had more than one wood cabinet to choose from, they had one in the exact size we were looking for - beautiful piece - and they actually delivered it an hour later. We simply bought it and then went home to wait for it to arrive before going to dinner.

This service alone will keep me going back, I mean, who delivers an hour after purchasing? You will NOT find furniture like this at Art Van. This is furniture that is well-built and meant to last a lifetime. We've stopped there a couple more times just to browse the store and see what they have. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful experience with Bejnars. Recently purchased a leather couch and love seat. When the furniture was delivered to Bejnars from the manufacturer it was obvious that the leather color was much lighter than the swatch we had picked out. Also, the manufacturer had added nail heads when Bejnars' order sheet clearly stated that there were to be none. Bejnars immediately worked with the manufacturer to build new furniture for us, an in addition, delivered the other set to our house in the meantime so that we could use it for the holidays since we had already gotten rid of our previous furniture. Kathleen was lovely to deal with. Highly recommended!

The majority of the furniture in my home is from Bejnar's Fine Furniture because I have found it to stand the test of time. There is something to be said for durable solid furniture verses the cheaper stuff, especially when you have kids! I love that it is a family locally-owned business and their attention to and appreciation of their customers is evident.

The sales staff give great ideas in not only functionality of the furniture but also the fabrics and colors. They have an in-house interior designer that I didn't personally have come to my home but she gave her suggestions on fabric and color patterns while I was there and that is huge to me since I am design challenged! They have hundreds and hundreds of fabrics to choose from and a variety of furniture styles. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A nice family business that has been around for almost 100 years. Obviously they are doing something right. When we lived in MI, we purchased our sofa from them. So many styles and fabrics to choose from in the store. What I liked was that the staff just let us walk around without being pushy. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and knew design.

The owner even came out to welcome us and ask if there was anything else they could do for us? It was refreshing to get great customer service in today's time. What a great find!
