I just received my lovely new sofa from Andy's Oak Shoppe and I could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship and the customer service. The delivery guys were prompt, friendly and very careful with putting the sofa in place. I had already purchased a special order oak chair and I am certain I will be back for other furniture. If you want high quality furniture made in the USA, Andy's is the place to go.

It is always a pleasure to shop at Andy's. I recently purchased a sectional couch and am very pleased with the quality and comfort of it. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The delivery was right on time and the two delivery men did an excellent and careful job handling the couch. I highly recommend this great store.

Andy's furniture is top notch and so are the staff. Extremely helpful assisting me with choices in purchasing a sofa bed. The two delivery guys were great too. Called ten minutes before delivery to give me a heads up when they were delivering which is so helpful. They were personable and made sure that I was happy with what I purchased.

The salesperson I worked with at the store was knowledgeable, helpful, and available without being at all overbearing. Setting up the purchase and delivery were easy and straightforward. The delivery folks arrived right on time and were pleasant, quick, and clearly practiced at what they did. A great experience all around.

A while ago I moved into a small apartment with no closets! How can a girl live without closets? One of the staff members helped me come up with a nonbulky, very affordable option to solve this problem. We picked out wonderful solid pine 4 cube shelves (that I then put a rod between) that were made in-house! This summer, I moved 12 hours away, but I knew one of the things I needed to bring with me was my four cubes!

And I'm so glad I did! While I now have closets, they were versatile enough to add to my entryway. I came back to visit recently, and stopped in for some new sheets as house warming gifts! They really have everything. Andy's sells and creates only quality furniture that is made to last, and the people who work there are ready to help you achieve your vision in your budget! So thankful!

When we need to buy furniture, we start at Andy's, because we nearly always end up there. It's rare that they don't have what we want. Almost everything in our home came from Andy's. We have never had any problem with quality and the people are a pleasure to work with.

At first glance it looks like this place sells decent dining room sets. In fact, these sets include poorly assembled chairs that will break when your mother sits on them. I've had to re-glue every single one after the center supports separated from the legs and my mother, who is not a large woman, was nearly hurt the first time it happened. I will not shop there again.

EDIT: The owner of the shop messaged me personally to apologize and has assured me that they've addressed the issue (described below), so any future customers shouldn't have the same treatment. I really value her honesty, so I think it's only fair that I edit my review to reflect my appreciation! Staff was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.

I asked politely for help finding the right wood stain for my project, and received only open hostility. Okay, maybe it was something I said/did? I was willing to let it go (perhaps I'd done something to offend them), but then I saw two more customers receive the same treatment from the same employee while I was there. Clearly, this employee hates customers and hates selling things?

Excellent customer service, great selection, total customer satisfaction. I love my new cvw bedroom set. It's exactly what I wanted.and Joe made it happen. I had a bad experience with a Northampton furniture store so I was so thrilled when my bedroom set was delivered yesterday and was so perfect. Thank you Joe for recommending this wonderful line of furniture. I'll be back!
