Critical:Quality, Value I bought two sofas from Hughes and they barely lasted one year with moderate use. I would strongly recommend buying from another manufacturer. I thought American made would mean better quality but Hughes is absolute garbage. $1,200 out the window. Service:Couches/sofas

Critical:Quality Just bad quality furniture. The padding in the cushions keeps rolling up under itself. Big threads are popping out too. This after just a few weeks. Nice looking furniture that simply doesnt stand the test of time.not even a month lol

Bought a double reclining love seat made by Hughes from Callahan's Furniture. Ten months later the cushion collapsed on one side. Hughes refused to honor the 1 year warranty & said it was normal wear. Why didn't it do that on the whole sofa? Don't buy from Callahan or Hughes if you value quality & integrity.

Bought the furniture through Valeri furniture in Appleton WI, worst furniture I have ever bought. I have used $20 chair's that are holding up better. Do not by furniture at Valeri and don't buy Hugh's brand. No matter how much you complain and show them the problems they don't care. And won't fix it.

We had their model 500RCL recliner for 22 days and the seat cushion started balling up and shifting. I've had recliners all my life and never had a problem with them within the same month. Luckily I was able to return it and got another brand. The sales lady told me that Hughes is a lower end brand. I noticed two other people had the same problem.

Purchased chase, loveseat and sofa through Badcock in Cookeville, Tennessee to store for upcoming house build back in May 2018. Realize it has been over a year since we purchased the furniture, yet it's never been opened and stored in climate controlled room. Unpackaged new furniture this morning 8/8/19 to see manufacturing flaws in the leather fabric. Called to inquire of any manufacturing warranty and told we have no coverage.

So now stuck with flawed furniture in which we paid full price for. Even bought extra warranty, but were the problem is manufacturer defect, extra warranty doesn't cover this either. Buyer Beware! It speaks volumes when a company won't do the right thing, especially for repeat customers. -Angela Fuller - Tennessee

HFI is a great place to work for. Upper management generally goes above and beyond to insure that their employees are treated with dignity and respect. HFI is equitable and generous with their employees. Don't be misled. Come and experience it for yourself. Again, Great Employer and Great Co-Workers.

Understand that picking up here you go through a process. Check in at guard shack with pick up number or load number. Drive down to the warehouse for loading, which is done by hand, and they may be stacking furniture on top of other furniture so it may take a little while. They have appointments so if you're going to be late, CALL THEM, or become a work-in.

There is no detention. Park off to the side so you don't block the doors, and go up the stairs by dock 1 and check in at the window with the filled out form you were given by the guard. The people are nice, so that makes the time you spend here more enjoyable. After loading, you pull out and they seal the trailer and give you paperwork. Then it's back to the guard shack and on your merry way!

One of the slowest most chaotic furniture outlets I've been to. Very poor service. They make you set up a appointment that they hold no reguard for. I stood and watched 3 employees stand around and hold a conversation while I wait for my truck to be loaded. One star is one to many for this joke of a place.
