Classic Dinette

My mother in law bought us a dining room set from here a few years ago. We decided to purchase from here to support the local little guy. Boy that was a mistake. From almost the second we got this set the stretchers between the legs started coming off the legs. My mother in law called the first time and they gave a huge problem but took it after she insisted. 3 months later I had a family friend sit in the chair they supposedly fixed and the whole leg snapped off the seat bottom.

This guy was a small man so it cannot be blamed on him it was shoddy craftmanship (made in china). We called them to replace the chair, but they refused and that it was not on them. Never again will I or my family purchase anything from this horrible company. Go to Raymour and save yourself a bunch of trouble.

They patiently answered all our questions. The entire experience from choosing our set to delivery was seamless. We highly recommend Classic Dinettes. I had 3 kitchen chairs/stools made there and they look wonderful. Took a little longer than expected (but that's because of covid) but couldn't be happier. They have a very large selection too. Frank is a pleasure to deal with and a very nice man. I recommend this store highly.

The vinyl on my stools was peeling and during Covid Frank Face Timed with me to choose a fabric. He let me drop off the stools outside and pick up outside. Great communication and they look beautiful! Thank you, Frank!

Classic Dinette is such a great place for Dining Room & Kitchen furniture! Nancy is absolutely wonderful to work with; she and Frank were so helpful in working to customize exactly what I want and within my budget. They have beautiful, modern dining room furniture at reasonable prices. I bought this beautiful dining room set in a modern grey-colored wood with matching counter stools for my open floor plan in my kitchen and they helped me every step of the way. Highly recommend! I was so happy with them that I went back and ordered more furniture from them a month later!

Went in after driving up and down Route 110. Met Nancy what a pleasure! Sweet heart with so much knowledge of what is best, whEre to put it and from listening to my slight complaints of other places she knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Amazing personality and listens. she called me two weeks after my delivery to see if things were good! So of course we sent her pictures and she was thrilled!

To have such a tentative sales person when we are just shopping for furniture made it that much more pleasurable! Love Love Love her! Recommend coming in and DEF asking for Nancy!

I can't believe the positive reviews, but there are only 2 and you should see what is written on google reviews. I went furniture shopping with my mom for my new apartment in early May. Initially, Nancy was friendly enough and was excited when we started looking at Saloom (a pricier brand of tables). However, the second she heard that I wanted to show my options to my husband and wouldn't be purchasing that day she literally walked away and basically refused to answer any more of my questions.

She flippantly said, "We'll talk about it when you come back with your husband." and absolutely refused to negotiate in any way. Well the joke is on her because I did end up ordering that very same set from another retailer for a good deal less than what she wanted to charge. Customer service is everything. I looked far and wide for another store just so I would not have to give Nancy and Classic Dinette my money.

We questioned how empty the store was when we arrived in the store. Only after dealing with Nancy, did we realize the store is probably empty due to her sarcastic personality. After a lengthy conversation about what we needed, the table arrived with no glass top. We were then charged an additional $75 to order the glass top!

Got my chairs and stools today. Delivery and set up was a breeze. Everything looks beautiful.
