Kozy Kingdom was a pleasure to work with. Audrey and Frank were friendly and helpful at every step of the process, from obtaining fabric swatches to ordering the furniture to attending to shipping details. Our rattan sunroom set looks beautiful - the cushions look great with the pattern aligned identically on all of them. Everything was packed meticulously to make sure there was no damage in transit - the frames, the cushions and the glass table top were all in perfect shape.

We were advised that it could take as long as 10-12 weeks for the shipment, so we were more than pleasantly surprised when it arrived after just 2 weeks. The shipper called us a few days in advance with a three hour delivery window and everything went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with this experience and our new tropical look!

My name is Tony De Pietro and I live in Florida. My Wife and I wanted to replace our kitchen counter stools. We decided on Classic Rattan in Kentucky. We looked everywhere around Florida but the prices were very high. We came upon a site called Kozy Kingdom and we thought are they kidding with that name. Well I can tell you it was the best thing I've ever done.

I saw that the site offered 20 % off and I thought sure there must be a catch. No there was no catch. Classic Rattan is the very best rattan you will find. Well I thought, let me give them a call. Well Frank went over everything with me, deposits, length of time to receive the stools, delivery everything. What Frank said Frank did, like clockwork. This man is a Gem in todays world. He is as honest as they come. If you are interested in anything he sells I can tell you there isn't a better place to buy. Yes I got our five stools just like Frank said but I got something else that money can't buy, a Friend. You will love Frank as I do. We needed new cushions for our Lloyd Flander furniture, We have purchased Lloyd Flanders replacement cushions in the past and they are so expensive we decided to shop around and came across Kozy Kingdom. We picked out a fabric and emailed and then called Mr. Frank Morris the owner and he told us how to measure for the cushions. We decided on the 6 thick cushions with piping and also two throw pillows. Kozy Kingdom was less than half of what Llyod Flanders wanted.

We received the cushions last week and they are beautiful and fit perfectly. They are high quality and professionally made. I would give 10 stars if I could! Frank is a super nice guy, excellent customer service. I ordered replacement cushions for a set of vintage rattan furniture, and I must say they are QUALITY! I am so so happy with my cushions, and from the research I did prior to purchasing, the pricing was more than fair. I will definitely order from Kozy Kingdom again if I ever need to.

I started working with Audrey in March of this year, completely refurnishing a condo in the USVI. She is quirky but divine in design, walked me through the store, combining bedroom, sleeper sofa, dining room and living room furniture. It was a big, expensive job but they were spot on! Audrey suggested different styles that would blend to each. other, we picked out fabrics for different pieces that would blend to each other, and Frank, her husband, is a whiz with logistics.

He connected me with a great transport company in Miami who shipped everything, which arrived totally perfect and intact at our condo. KUDOS! Quite a feat if you can imagine moving furniture to the Caribbean. Everything is in place and I am so impressed with Kozy Kingdom, they are a small, local business who got a big job done. WELL DONE!
