I've built furniture, structures, and functional objects for more than 40 years. I work both for clients and to follow my own curiosity, in an eclectic range of styles. My process is rooted in traditional woodworking techniques, and often informed by Japanese and Modernist design principles.

Materials include new and reclaimed wood, metals, semi-precious stone, and marble-I explore the limits and beauty of these elements in relation to the stated goals of a project.Found objects and rusted and distressed metal are central to my 2d collage artworks.
