1. Sales provided good service so we decided to buy the mattress there. 2. they agreed to pick up the old mattress/frame with white glove service. 3. Delivery was horrible! There were total 2 guys. One younger guy with baseball cap was very rude: he refused to remove shoes or put on a cover even though I asked him. he looked around my house when he was inside. he made me very uncomfortable.
The other guy with uniform is OK. However, they refused to take my old mattress/frame even after he called the mancini's sleepworld. I had to refuse to take the new mattress to make them remove my old mattress. the mattress cover was also broken. so we called the store back - now after we paid the money, nobody had time to talk to you! in the future, we will buy from Macy. Macy provided real white glove service when we ordered other furniture before.

Right after Thanksgiving, (for the Black Friday sales), We were helped by 2 salesmen who knew that my husband and I were in need of a new mattress and bedroom furniture (headboard plus 2 nightstands). Charles helped us with the adjustable mattress purchase and Elias helped with the furniture order. The process in the store was easy and this professional and experienced duo were working their magic to be able to find all the items we needed by our required delivery/install date.
But that is when things got bad. We were all excited to get our new King-Split adjustable bed, but when it came time to do the bed headboard, frame installation, the crew said the box came without any screws! We couldn't understand how that could happen? They never showed us any box or anything, they just got their stuff and said we had to call the store back and get someone else to come back and install our new bed.
They left rails, and the headboard/footboard on the floor in our room, my husband had to place them in an area we would not trip walking around in our room. We immediately called and Elias set up a new installation crew for the next available day (2 days later). When that crew showed up to my house, they said they were not given hardware to complete the installation, so once again, we had to call the store and let them know we still had a uninstalled pieces of furniture in our bedroom. Charles and one other person came to see what was missing and they set us up for the "A-team" to come back and do the installation. Well, we were now at the 4th try and that "A-team" crew also came without hardware!
It was unbelievable! We paid for delivery and installation and no one could complete it for us. Charles took the issue to his management and he, by himself came to our house with hardware he removed from the in store display and their main warehouse and finally assembled and installed our bedroom furniture! We are happy with the furniture but I would caution folks about making sure boxes are opened in front of them so that the installation crew can't hide hardware just so they don't have to assemble furniture!
I was supposed to have gotten a refund for the installation and delivery fee plus free sheets for the craziness but never got that. Unfortunately, I can't report that we are having "a good nights sleep". Both my husband and my arms are going numb at night so we are going to have to exchange the firm mattress that we were sold & get another option! We paid a lot for the Airloom bed so we are Hoping the guaranteed exchange process within 120 days will be smooth and not be like our first encounter. we will see!

My husband and I came in yesterday to purchase a bed for my dad. Upon entering the store, we were greeted immediately by the manager. Another gentleman helped us find the perfect bed within our budget. No pressure. He explained the components of energy bed in detail. We could tell they are knowledgeable about the product they sell. They truly treat you like they've known you for a long time.
We ask appreciate that he understood the purpose of our purchase and what's important to my senior dad. Thank you so much for your assistance Mancini staff. One more thing note mentioning is the wide variety of selections at this store. Really happy with the bed and excellent service.

I had been through 3 mattress in 10 year's and I believed their ads. In 2013 After neck and back surgery I bought what I thought was the best mattress for me. It was a medium firm pure latex mattress, but once delivered it was a lot harder than the medium hardness from the showroom floor. I was in a lot of pain, so I bought a memory foam topper to try and ease the firmness of the mattress. Worst waste of $2500 I ever spent.
My back actually got worse and you need to read the fine print on the contract. They will only exchange the mattress for one of greater cost to you, the consumer. I never got the relief I had hoped for from that mattress and as a result, I never got back to school. Mark up another salesman taking advantage of a disabled person. Since I couldn't sleep, I never got back to school and by 2017 became homeless.
My mattress is double wrapped in Storage Fremont. My hopes and dreams of a future career are shattered. If anyone needs a barely used mattress, I have one in storage but it's to heavy for me to lift. Read the fine print before you buy a mattress from Sleep World.

Outstanding customer care. Relocating from the Midwest, I wanted a new mattress without the hassle of moving it across country. Absolutely not a professional service from this company. Incredibly poor experience: after buying a bed and full payment only part of it was delivered, the company forgot to order all the components : after two months it is impossible to undestand when/how the missing components will be delivered. Tens of phone calls without receiving any answer, the client is simply asked to wait and hope.

Love that the moment we walked in my fiance and I were greeted. We came in with a few questions and we were explained and educated by Mr. Charles Collier. He was friendly, very helpful, AND hooked me up with a sweet deal We let him know we wanted to think about our big purchase before committing and immediately next day came at opening and bought the mattresses.

I have purchased 2 mattresses and box springs from this Mancini's location and I cannot express enough how much I trust their service! Charles Collier has walked me through both transactions and his professionalism, and customer service is nothing short of wonderful. I cannot rave enough about Mancini's Sleepworld and have already referred 2 family members there and I will continue to conduct business with them for as long as they are present. Recently, I purchased a new mattress and box spring with Charles' help and we slept on it for only 2 nights and was uncomfortable with the height.
I was nervous to call and see what my options were since I had already purchased it. Within minutes Charles set up a time for an exchange for a smaller box spring. It's been a little over 1 year since I first made my mattress purchase and I still stand by my purchase! The mattress is amazing and the quality of sleep I have gotten is just. DREAMY! I never want to sleep over anyone else's house because I am SO spoiled with my mattress and adjustable base. The finance process has been so seamless. Every month, the payment is automatically deducted and I am on track to have everything paid off by August 2021 with the "24 months, zero down, zero percent APR" deal that I qualified for!
I take every opportunity to refer people to the store in Fremont, as well as telling them that investing in their mattress means investing in their sleep and overall health. To the Mancini's Sleepworld team, keep up the great work!

Mancini's has lots of mattresses for you to try and they take all the precautions surrounding Covid-19, such as face masks, hand sanitizer right when you walk in, and disposable covers for trying the mattresses. Tim was the one that helped us today. He's a nice guy and well versed in the products. He gave good suggestions and answered all our questions.
As our 4yr old was running around the room, Tim and his manager, Charles, were friendly to him. They let him try and play with a few different recliners. When it came down to business, Tim looked up the best price he could do and gave us a good deal. He even gave us a few extra throw-ins to sweeten the deal. Overall, we had a really good experience and highly recommend others to check them out.

Kevin and Charles were so helpful when we decided on a whim to go into the store and buy a new mattress. Never knew getting a mattress could be so much fun! Maybe it was the drinks with dinner, maybe it was the great conversation with Charles! They listened to our needs and made the best recommendation. Labor Day weekend gave us a sale price and checking into Yelp gave us a free set of sheets! I'd say it was a great ending to our date night! Tomorrow night I expect the best sleep! Came in to buy a mattress for my dad. Ted was patient and helpful showing us the selection even though it was 30 minutes to closing. Very friendly and let us test out all the different beds. Free shipping and free haul away for all mattresses, and there were great deals for Black Friday (40% off!). The let you try the bed (keep it for at least 30 days, and return or exchange after 31-120 days) for $99 stocking fee. Pretty low risk if you don't end up liking the bed. Easy and felt at ease. Purchased same day!
