Not a lot of variety in style on display despite a large showroom. They do offer a lot of customization and color choices, with matching set pieces. Staff was nice and the furniture looks decent quality for the price. Expect a few weeks lead time on deliveries.

Purchased a fabric sectional in December 21 here it is June 22 have had recliner control cover fall off, a stitch pop on one spot, and there is pilling over all the fabric. That's a lot to go wrong in 6 months, not a quality piece of furniture obviously although I believe the sale price was $3600, I would hope you get more than 6 months for that price!

The kicker is though that apparently it's only able to be returned 10 days from purchase although if I remember I don't believe I even took possession of it for a couple weeks due to delivery. The bad stitch and cover that feel off(also recliner hasn't been plugged in or used) will be fixed but the pilling of the fabric, which is throughout is not covered.

So I guess long story short we are stuck with sub par couch until I buy another which will not be at underhills and I would suggest to look elsewhere. Bad material, workmanship and worst of all they do not stand behind their products!

Great experience with a very nice salesman meeting us at the door. We browsed on our own but they were ready to answer any questions. Awesome selection of furniture ready to take home today!

Got a bed frame from them at the beginning of Covid. Wood ended up being hard to get so bed frame took a lot longer than expected, however they kept me updated and informed and I came to find out that the bed frame is custom made and instead of using inferior materials just to get me out of their hair, they waited for the right materials to do it right. Would definitely go back here if I needed another bed frame!

I love Underhills. They've furnished a lot of my home and are always very helpful with quality furniture.

Great experience buying our dining table and bedroom furniture set here. Damian helped us out with our orders. Due to ongoing supply chain issues, we knew we'd have to wait a while for our furniture to arrive and Damian did a great job with communication and keeping us up to date on the order status. Once the bed was delivered and assembled, we noticed that one of the footboard drawers was not closing properly which the owner came and fixed within a few days.

The dining table took much longer than initially expected (6 weeks -> 5 months), but we liked it so much that we chose to wait and we are happy that we did. Damian and the store's overall customer service more than made up for it. Based on our experience and finding what we liked, we'd recommend Josh Underhills over the other furniture stores around here.

We came here to look for a new couch but got something that was even better. As we walked around the showroom we overheard the very passionate conversation the young guy and the lady was having which went something like - Young guy - then he said "go on get outta here!" And I replied "I dont know if you talk to your family that way but you are not going to talk to me like that!" Lady - oh yeah! Totally.

And for some reason at that moment that was the funniest thing in the world and I basically had to get out of there before I died laughing. I didn't find a couch but this place is too good to pass up

Went in first stop to check out dining tables. Visited 6 other locations that day! Came back to Underhill's the following day to buy what I liked. They remembered me from the day before! I asked for delivery and they said same day between 6-9 pm! Delivery guys came and built my dining room table and were friendly and great! 100% for these guys! From sales to service to delivery - all supurb! Definitely recommend!

We were in the market looking for a recliner for my recovery from a surgery. The staff at Underhills has been extraordinarily patient and helpful. We ended up testing a couple recliners at home and when we found them to not be a good fit, it is was hassle-free returns. We ended up settling on one and found the price point to be wonderful. I highly recommend this establishment for furniture shopping. Hands down, they were the most professional and pleasant furniture store we checked out.

Nice furniture, but significantly more expensive than other places with similar products. They will try to sell you floor models in lieu of ordering from manufacturers. If you're in a hurry to get the furniture, and it's in good shape, go ahead. The salesperson was friendly and helpful, and answered our questions without hovering around. I saw a bed we liked, but at $1700 I'll keep looking.

In short: good salespeople, good selection, good quality, good service. Good. Service. No BS. They are not cheap, but not too expensive either, especially given the quality hardwood furniture that they sell. We bought a master bedroom set from them ~8 months ago, and we love it. The thing is, we are really picky - we've been literally in every furniture store in the area, and Underhill's had the best selection for the quality and style that we were looking for. If you are looking for traditional/transitional/rustic furniture that is stylish and will last - they are your guys.

Great store. We moved to the area last year and finding all new furniture is daunting. We found that if we go in every couple months that the style offerings change a little and there always seems to be what we're looking for. From traditional to modern they have an option and because they do a lot of made to order, you can find exactly what you want. We always like working with Damion, he's not pushy and he's wry professional.

This place is fantastic! I love the staff met Scott today special shout out to him. What a genuine guy. Such a rare find in sales. What I loved most is everyone there just shows you options. No stupid sales pitch no desperation. I'm in sales and I normally come with my sword in my back pocket waiting to attack cause I know the games people play. Not here, buy with confidence, I did

This place is a Lynnwood institution. Every quality piece of furniture in my home which I have not made myself, came from Underhills. My parents bought me and my brother a set of bunk beds from underhills when i was a kid, and i loved it. I came back as a 30yr old adult, and I now have a dining table + chairs, a nightstand, and a coffee table, from Underhills.

All kept up well and are still sturdy. Which is more than i can say for the Fred Meyer/Ikea crap they replaced. I recommend this store to all my snohomish co friends looking for something worth buying.

Always buy my furniture at Underhills. Great selection and financing options. The quality is upbeatable as well.

I'm in the process of buying an entire home's worth of furniture, and my experience with Underhill's has been the best so far for a couple of reasons: 1) They have an excellent selection of mid-range furniture, and that's surprisingly hard to find these days. Most of the other furniture places in Lynnwood either have inexpensive, poorly made furniture or high-end, extremely expensive furniture. Underhill's had a large selection of well made furniture at great price points between the other stores I went to. 2) Zero sales pressure.

A lot of the places I went to, I'd be met by a salesperson before I was 10 feet in the door, who'd proceed to pepper me with questions and try to lead me around the store (or follow me when I politely disengaged). The two people I interacted with at Underhill's both gave me 15-20 minutes of wandering around looking at furniture before politely introducing themselves and telling me that if I had any questions, they'd be available.

They then walked back to the counter in the back of the store and let me browse in peace. 3) Their estimates on the furniture timelines were spot on. They told me 3 weeks, and I got a call 19 days later saying they could deliver within the next two days. It sounds like a small thing, but I (and my sister) both had problems with this at other stores.

One place told her it would be 6-8 weeks and took 12 weeks. Another told me 4-6 and took 14 weeks. In my experience, everyone else seems to just make up dates without any real idea (or consequences) for when it actually comes in. They got it right the first time. 4) Their delivery team was very professional. They showed up when they said they would, placed pads over every surface they would walk on, took their shoes off at the door, and made their way up a fairly tight stairwell without a single ding or dent.

They also helped me remove all the plastic nubs on the bottom of the furniture so I could replace them with felt pads (newly refinished hardwood floor). It took them extra time, but they did it happily even after I offered to let them just leave the chairs/end tables on their sides and I'd do it. All the furniture arrived well-wrapped and in perfect condition. Overall, I'd order from them again without hesitation.

I just got a new dresser, mirror and 2 nightstands and am very happy with my purchase. The whole process was really hassle free, including the delivery. I had been to many furniture stores and finally found what I was looking for here and even ended up buying a floor model. While it was still expensive it was about 500$ cheaper than another set I was considering.

I also really liked that this particular set was not trying to charge me an extra fee for the mirror. I enjoyed that the prices were sales tax free. The store is small and well lit. I did have to work with someone to verify that a 2nd nightstand was available. He did exactly what he said he would do, which included following up with me and the distributor the next business day and I was able to make my final purchase decisions over the phone.

The extra piece arrived at the store very fast and all the pieces were at my house soon after despite it being a holiday week. The delivery guys were great as well. Definitely recommend and will shop here first next time I need to make a furniture purchase.

First purchase was a dining set. We went all over the area for several weeks and ended up where we started. Underhill's. Second purchase was a sofa and loveseat set. Again we shopped all over and ended up here. E found the prices to be in line and even a bit lower than other places within 30 miles. So far we have been happy with our dining set and have found it to be sturdy and have had no issues to date.

The living room set in to new to make an observation but seems like a quality piece. The people have been nice. They hover a bit but that's to be expected with sales. No problem when I asked for a moment to discuss with my wife (and verify prices with the tiny computer). All in all I really detest furniture shopping. It's expensive and frustrating.

To many brands and no real way to know if your getting a fair deal. At least Underhill's takes some of that frustration away. Will return. Of course it will be after much headache looking elsewhere. Seems like a pattern with several we have spoken with as well.

They didn't have what we were looking for, but they were so courteous and helpful. They gave us the names of a few local stores that would carry what we needed, too. The store was clean and straightforward, too. I'd definitely go back.

I have to make a sort of mixed review because I ordered a couch set through them which I have had difficulty with - not with Underhills staff at all, who are very nice, but with their vendor manufacturer. Be aware that when you order through them for anything custom, you aren't going to be dealing with them, but instead are at the mercy of the vendor's timeline and/or errors.

We ordered a couch set to be made in fabric we selected and it took months to arrive; then on arrival, we found its cushions too squishy to even be comfortable. It was like sitting in a beanbag chair. We asked for high density foam centers to replace what we had; that took ages. Finally! They came, we sat, it squished. We opened it up and it wasn't the right foam.

We said to please re-order; it wasn't as requested. So. Underhills reordered, and it's been months again, just to get the two couch cushions redone. Underhills has no power over this at all, apparently. I think they should discontinue using a vendor that can't respond quickly to a complaint for a mistake. We started the ordering process a looong time ago.

We came here to purchase a dining table and were absolutely impressed. Most of their tables and chairs are solid wood, something quite surprising in today's world of veneer and particle board! Their prices for such beautiful and high quality tables were also extremely reasonable and it was not hard for us to pick out an affordable, built-to-last and gorgeous table to take home.

In addition, the sales rep that helped us was knowledgable and did not hover like a sale-hungry vulture like in so many other stores. He stepped in to answer questions and give us fun facts, then gave us space (without us having to ask) so that we could think things over on our own. The perfect balance! He even helped us work out a split delivery deal when he found out the matching chair set was not in stock at the same time as the table.

Shopped here several years ago after we purchased our first home and found ourselves short of the furniture necessary to fill the thing. And since we officially became adults by making such a large purchase, we decided it was time to graduate from the IKEA furniture we no longer wanted to try and pronounce. Four years in and the couch and loveseat are still trucking along, though beginning to show some wear and tear.

Our bedroom furniture - bed, memory foam mattress, two night stands and a chest of drawers - are going strong. Solid pieces of wood. So solid, in fact, that I never ever want to move them again. And I didn't move them the first time. The mattress is the most comfortable thing we've ever slept on. The cats agree, which is why we have to fight over bed space with them every night.

Following a mishap with the initial furniture delivery, which Underhill promptly corrected, we snagged a deal with no interest financing. Luckily, the furniture was paid off long before we'll need to replace it!

I didn't find what I wanted in my price range but had a fine experience nonetheless. The salesperson was polite and helpful without being overbearing or pushy and I didn't feel pressured at all. Prices are high but I wouldn't discount them for future furniture needs. Nothing really stood out to me regarding the inventory. Just standard, inoffensive patterns, fabrics, and styles. There wasn't anything exciting or interesting. Just another warehouse store.

There are three main criteria you have to think about when buying furniture--is it cool? Was it a good deal? Will it last a long time? Underhill's doesn't really excel in any one of these areas, if I am honest. So why three stars? I just needed a printer table. The reason I went with mainstream retail instead of CL or some other gray market venue was speed--I had a half hour between errands and didn't see a free weekend day coming up any time soon where I could run around looking at used tables. Deadline really shouldn't factor in as highly as style, quality, or value, but sometimes it does, especially with a minor piece.

Not my favorite scenario for buying furniture, but let's be clear: It took me longer to get across five lanes of 196th than it did to get a table picked out, paid for, and loaded into the truck. And that's what this place is good at--they have a staff on the floor. That staff knows the inventory. They don't really care if you dislike some of the choices on the sales floor, as long as you're clear about what you want and are halfway serious about trying to find something you might buy.

We whirlwinded around the floor in two minutes, and it only took 20 seconds for a sales rep to find me in the first place. What I walked out with is a mission-style end table with a drawer. Real wood. Kinda heavy. Gets the hardware off my desk and makes my workstation much nicer. They're nice guys, and they have a 10-day return policy. I could see shopping here again if I were in a time crunch.
