Keith definitely seem to know his stuff when talking about the different options we had and explained the process pretty well. This company makes all of their cabinetry in house and I was able to view the warehouse out of a few windows in their upstairs showroom. Since this was the 1st place I visited for options on Wallbeds I dont have anything to compare to.
I think I went in expected pricing to be lower than what was provided, but again I have nothing to compare to at this time. I was told if i ordered now I wouldn't receive delivery until December (I went in 09/05). Not a big deal if you have the time to wait, but definitely not ideal if you have time restrictions. All and all, I felt comfortable with Keith and the options provided but I'll still need to find some comparisons before moving forward.

Wallbeds Northwest originally built and installed an amazing wallbed when my building was first built over 20 years ago! The wallbed is just beautiful and has developed a lovely warm patina. I can't say enough good things about the quality of construction and materials. Not to mention that it still operates like a champ even after 20+ years! Just had them come out for a "tuneup" and they were so professional, fast and took care of everything. Would highly recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

Great bed. They were very friendly and helpful when we were trying to decide what to buy. The install had a small broken knob and they brought out the replacement within days and installed the new piece. We love the bed. We even put our Tempurpedic matress on it. Much less than the Canadian company.!

I love my new Murphy bed! It is exactly the way I pictured it would be. It is truly a beautiful piece of furniture. Rob, the gentleman who helped with our order, really knows his stuff. He went out of his way for our order, down to finding a specific color of lamps. Jesus, our installer, was professional, extremely polite and didn't care that I was asking questions. I would recommend WBNW to anyone looking for a beautiful, functional piece of furniture.

The ex-owner of my house ordered customed murphy bed from Wallbeds Northwest and they provided good work. The murphy bed is sturdy and customed to the height of the basement in the house. The murphy bed couldn't be closed off without a mattress and my tenant called them and they did provide solution - my handyman help with the adjustment screws to tighten springs and now the bed is closed off. I am very happy with their after-sale service.
