Purchased some living room furniture from Epoch by Design. A nice price for a nice set. All matching. Good value. We encountered a small manufacturing issue. Gabriel has communicated with us to resolve the issue. He was fair and has provided excellent customer service. When I see a responsive representative who corrects a small problem, I will continue to do business with that person/company. Gabriel ably took care of our problem without hesitation or judgement. Pacifica queen bed. Excellent quality and sturdy construction. Simple and beautiful, just what we like.

I bought a bunk bed from them in 2013. I disassembled it when we moved a few years ago. I went to reassemble it a couple of weeks ago and could not find the connector pins to attach the bunk. I called customer service to try and figure out what size pins I needed or maybe to buy replacements to be sure I had the right ones. I called on a Thursday, and on Monday I had 4 new pins delivered at no charge.

So generous and quick! I am so impressed with the professional and friendly support from Erika and her team. And the bed is still in great shape after 5+ years of heavy use and a few years of storage. Very pleased with the entirety of my purchase.

I needed an upgrade from my old, squeaky vintage bedframe and Epoch Design was happy to provide! I got the Verona bedframe and it is sturdy, well-built and beautiful. You can tell this is a company that values producing with high-quality materials. The extra storage at the end of the bed is also a nice touch. I highly recommend Epoch Design for any furniture needs!

I would give Epoch Design 10 stars if it was possible. Last night our lock malfunctioned on our MailBoss mailbox. This afternoon I contacted Epoch Designs and they spent a considerable amount of time on the phone helping me to try to reassemble it. When we discovered I was missing two parts, Gabriel, one of the family of owners, volunteered to come by my home and fix it for me.

He arrived tonight, and in the rain and darkness reassembled the lock for me. I was not only grateful but super impressed that someone from the company would actually come to my home and help me to fix it. I highly recommend them. They exceeded every expectation I have.

Purchased a bamboo frame bed from Epoch over 8 years ago. The craftsmanship and finish are beautiful and have held up well. In a recent move, the hardware was lost. I contacted Epoch and they were able to replace the hardware, sending it to me in Florida, which had to be difficult as they changed the hardware design in the interim. Can't beat that kind of customer service!

This is an absolutely amazing company with great, durable furniture and customer service that is leaps and bounds above any other. I bought one of their bunk beds (from Costco as I recall) over 16 years ago, and have moved, disassembled, and re-assembled it many times since. The design is smart and sturdy, and it is simple and fast to disassemble and re-assemble, even simpler than smaller items like chairs and coffee tables I have purchased from competitors.

During my last move, the movers lost some of the hardware for the bed. I called these guys up (16 years later, mind you), and they knew exactly what bed I had and sent me the missing hardware via first class mail to my home in California so I could get back to reassembling the bed and settling in to my new house! Compare this to the experience folks are used to these days with fly-by-night online sellers who may not be in existence a few months later, much less answering the phones and supporting their products after nearly two decades.

This level of stability and integrity is how business was done in the old days, and this experience has not only drawn me back to Epoch's product line, but encouraged me to think critically about where I source my other products. Purchase your furniture from these guys. Their quality and service are both top notch.

I ordered a coffee table with two matching end tables through Costco. While I love the furniture there was a missing knob. After contacting the company and receiving numerous promises from Gabriel to send me the missing knob I have yet to receive the one I need. For some reason, even after sending photos, they sent four wooden knobs instead of the single metal knob I need. Profuse apologies on Gabriels part with promises to send me the correct knob has yielded nothing.

I did receive a tracking number that was never received by the post office. Gabriel apologized again and send he would personally resend two knobs. I only want one but what the heck. The last promise was made over a week ago and still no knob. MY KNOB ARRIVED IN THE MAIL TODAY. I HAVE INCREASED THE STARS FOR THE COMPANY TO 4. THEY DID FOLLOW THROUGH SO I AM PLEASED.

RE: Mail Boss security mailboxes. For years we used a typical rural style mailbox on a wooden post and had to keep replacing it because neighborhood teens liked to drive by and take out mailboxes with a baseball bat. In 2011, I'd had enough and did an internet search on vandal resistant mailboxes. Found Mail Boss and, at that time, was able to buy a curbside box and post at a store in the Denver area.

Fast forward to a winter storm in December of 2019 when a neighbor skidded on an icy road and plowed into the mailbox knocking it out of its concrete base. The Mail Boss and the post survived the car. The plate holding the box to the post and the flag did not. No longer carried locally, I was thrilled to find out the company still exists. Customer service, (Korinne), was wonderful. I look forward to receiving a new plate and flag. If you want a mailbox that out-performs your expectations, from a company that is responsive, choose the Mail Boss.

Visiting the showroom to see the mailboxes in-person was a great choice because I was able to get a real idea for the size and feel of the different designs. The staff member who worked with me was very helpful and helped me to find the model I needed. If you're looking for an incredibly sturdy mailbox and live in the greater Seattle area, stop by Redmond.

Epoch Design makes extremely high quality furniture and has consistently great service. I bought a dresser 3 years ago that is still in great shape despite how full I stuff it. I recently decided to purchase the matching nightstand and a stain pen to color in a few scratches on the dresser and Gabriel was extremely helpful on the phone and provided great customer service.

He took the time to explain exactly how to use the pen to get the best results on my dresser and he shipped the nightstand out the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Epoch again. Thanks Gabriel!

We wanted a quality bed for our son that will last a long time. We found Epoch, ordered the Cameron bed with trundle and couldn't be happier. The bed is SOLID, made incredibly well, and is heavy. I know this thing will be a lifetime piece. I picked it up from their Redmond showroom, which admittedly isn't fancy as some reviewers suggest, but I could care less about fancy when I'm getting good quality for a fair price.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and passionate about their products and construction. It's great too see companies who still care about quality in today's world. We will certainly be back for more beds for our other two kids.

We are very happy with the futon that we purchased from Epoch Design. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and works perfectly in our guest room. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because of the poor experience that we had with the delivery crew. Other than that we felt that Mitch, Scott, Chris and John were all very helpful and the customer service was great. We will definitely purchase from this company again.

Wonderful customer service! I went in looking for a few parts I was missing (through my own fault, not theirs) and they printed up the parts list in a flash, got me everything I needed at no charge and even apologized for the time it took to get it, like I'd be mad! I felt very welcome and cared for the whole time. Great experience, would definitely purchase more furniture here.

I didn't had the feeling that they are really expecting people to come by to have a look in the showroom. You have to ring the bell so they can let you in, the showrooms are pretty small and most of the presented furniture is for children. Not really helpful when you're looking for a bigger bed. The employe was nice but I couldn't say that he was really helpful.

We visited their website so we knew what we wanted to see and he had to look it up in the computer to know what we meant. If that happens in a really big store I am the last person to say something but with their limited choices I would think that the staff has in mind what they have. Well. we ended up not buying anything. But as far as I have seen and touched the furniture that was present they do a pretty good job. Everything seems to be pretty sturdy and well made.

WOW, I can't even say enough about how NICE everyone I have dealt with at Epoch has been. I had wanted to buy one of the Epoch bamboo bedroom sets from Costco but they sold out so quickly that by the time I was ready to purchase (having had to sell our own bedroom furniture first) they were no longer on the website. SO, I contacted Epoch directly and talked to them about getting the same set directly from them.

I had everything I needed delivered to me within a week! I dealt with several different customer service people and they all bent over backwards for me. I would recommend them to anyone! Plus, the furniture is OUTSTANDING. We are 100% happy with the quality and it is really just BEAUTIFUL. Perfect for a small "beach house" look! THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!

I ordered a dresser through Costco from Epoch Design. The first time, there was a chip on the corner of the top surface. They exchanged it. When the second dresser arrived, a drawer knob was missing. I called customer service, and they mailed a replacement drawer knob to me which did not match the rest of the drawer knobs. I called again and they mailed another one, but it still did not match. The drawers don't line up correctly either. The quality of the product really needs improvement. However, the customer service is very good.

Purchased a dresser and night stand. Seneca model is hardwood Birch, well built and attractive. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Quality furniture at affordable price. If you're in the market for good solid furniture I highly recommend.

They also make the Mail Boss which is a large lockable mailbox. We live near the ocean and even the salt air has not damaged it after 3 1/2 years. We bought a second Boss for another property and just installed it this week. There was a problem with the lock and Christopher took care of the problem asap. Wonderful customer service and follow through.

Epoch Designs manufactures beautiful, modern and quality furniture, and best of all they make it affordable. I have bought a couple of furniture pieces from them @ Costco, my first purchase was the The McKenzie Hardwood Bunkbed, the quality is great ( i've had it for a couple of years and it has no worn out) the design is classy with a modern edge.

I recently acquired the Pacifica Media Console, which is truly gorgeous and it was easy to assemble, looks Great, Sturdy. A great addition to my living room! I highly recommend their products to anyone. Epoch by designs stands behind their product, a family member once had to make an exchange on a dresser and it was hassle free. Bought two beds here, and love them! Beautiful hardwood, very sturdy construction, and it fits in great with my decor. Really good customer service, they'll help you with any problem to make sure end up happy. Recommend having two people to set up any of their furniture, but at least the directions were much more clear than IKEA!
