First review on Yelp, because it was a great experience. Mary Canon was our sales person. She was excellent. Wife and I looking for some outdoor furniture. We didn't know what we wanted. Mary was super knowledgeable in helping us navigate the selections, suggesting items that fit our criteria. We tried different combinations of chairs and Ottomans, moved side tables around to find one of the right size and height.

Help to select an appropriate fabric. Price was great. While Mary was on the phone finishing up with another customer, we had another sales rep that was also super knowledgeable - Shaun. We appreciate their expertise. Glad we stopped here.

Called Summer House today to ask a question regarding the furniture we purchased there years ago. They looked up our account and told me what it was and that I purchased it 8 years ago! That is what you get when you purchase here. Furniture that lasts years and customer service to match. We usually time our purchases for one of their sales and I had a hard time finding anywhere with a lower price on the brand of furniture we were purchasing. Bad news is that the furniture is not cheap, good news is that the furniture is not cheap and you will have it for years.

We shopped at Rich's and Summer House to replace deck furniture damaged in a fire. The service was much better at Summer House and the prices were lower than the sale at Rich's. We will always start here first going forward for outdoor furniture needs!

Beautiful high quality Patio furnishings. We love our new outdoor dining table. All delivered and taken care of. We had an Unfortunate occurrence. The umbrella was not secured properly by the delivery folks and when the first day of wind came along it went flying and broke. I contacted summer house and within five hours they had arranged for a new umbrella to be delivered and swapped out with the old one. Very pleased with our purchase and with the high level of service! #readyforusummer #foxisland

I bought a fire table and two tropitone bar stools. Everyone in the store was friendly, helpful and willing to take the time to show me all the options. They even suggested I wait a week for the sale. The delivery was on time and the guys were great. What really impressed me was when the receipt came, the was a small problem and it was handled immediately. Highly recommend this place!

After deciding to update our patio furniture, we did a quick search of the Puget Sound and found that our best bet was driving south to Summer House. The store is tucked away in an industrial park, flanked by semis and distribution warehouses. Very happy we made the trip to their fantastic store! We were greeted by Jodi, and after explaining our space and likes, she matched us with a variety of setups that could work for us.

Two hours of browsing around the store later, we were very happy to have found a patio set that works for us.and on sale, too. Delivery (3-4 weeks after purchase, in our case) was a snap--they arrived on time, and the crew was done in no time. Highly recommend!

Summer House has the best selection of outdoor furniture we found in the South Seattle area - bigger and better than any big box store and comparable to online options. Their prices are competitive, nicely so, and their website says they'll lower their price if you bring in an ad or quote from another store lower than their own. To a person, every member of their staff was friendly, engaging, and helpful without ever hovering or pushing.

They were as attentive and helpful when we thought we were going to get the table in the clearance section marked down by $1,000 as when we ended up choosing something else. Matt, who ultimately ended up taking our order, explained to us why the less expensive umbrella fabric was as good as, if not better than, the more expensive option. We had a wonderful shopping experience here and, should we need more outdoor furniture down the road, we'll be back! Also, we are thrilled with the table, chairs, and umbrella we chose and look forward to spending lots of time in our back yard this summer.

Beautiful store, beautiful furniture, background music is soothing and makes you want to buy, the clearance items in the back had some really nice pieces I wouln't have expected to find there, 20 something sale assoc answered a few questions and he and the other employee went into the back room and I never saw them again (how do you sell things when there are no sales associates)

I was shopping for a new sofa, and after browsing around, I got side tracked and went into Summer House which has patio furniture. I had no idea but they carry leather sofas. I fell in love with a creamy eggshell leather sofa with sleek lines, which to my surprise opens up to a queen size bed. Since I live in the city, and have limited space, I love the idea of having the extra bed.

The staff was really nice and explained to me all the benefits of their sofas. I can get my cushions replaced within 5 years for free, and if there is ever any damage to my sofa, someone comes to me and fixes the sofa for a small fee. I also chose to have my sofa delivered for convenience, and that was great. The delivery went well, and they were very cute guys! I'll be going back for some teak chairs I got my eye on while I was there.

We bought some patio furniture there. It's pricey but really stylish and sturdy. We love it.

Wow, what a great choice of really nice patio furniture and lounge chairs. We shopped around, but these guys has the best selection over everyone else in town. And their prices were in line with others were charging - even less expensive on similar furniture we saw at the big box stores. Their design staff took the time to help us choose the fabric on the chairs, and then they even matched it to the amazingly huge umbrella.

They had some really cool fire pits, but that will have to wait until next time. Delivery & setup was just as they promised. Definitely THE place to buy patio furniture in the Seattle area.
